I try to cool at home more but I'm not sure how budget friendly these are.
1. Salmon with steamed veggies and the baked bread from the grocery store 2. turkey mex dinner. I put ground turkey and Cuban style black beans with bell peppers and sometimes corn in a pan with some cumin and garlic salt. I make it with Mexican rice. 3. Chicken tortilla soup - can of corn, can of black beans, box of chicken broth, can of chicken in broth, jar of salsa. Add avocado, cheese, sour cream, and chips on top. 4. Grilled sausages or hot dogs with steamed veggies and Mac and cheese (Ds loves this one) 5. Grilled chicken breast with grilled asparagus or baked Brussels sprouts 6. Crock pot chicken tacos (one large can of mild green enchilada sauce with chicken breasts in the crock pot all day. Shred and Serve as tacos, burrito bowls, plain etc.
I had ten meals rotating for a while but can't remember the others. Pizza and pasta were in there too. And meatloaf or rotisserie chicken from the grocery store with veggies
I love skinnytaste.com. My family loves the chicken divan.
I also to cook a bunch of chicken in the crockpot, shred it and make some different meals with it...chicken tacos, enchiladas, nachos, soups, BBQ chicken sandwiches.
We love Indian food, but it's expensive so I've bought jars of butter chicken summer sauce at Kroger and they are pretty good. Make some rice and have some frozen naan and it's a decent meal.

I loooooove those sauces! The Kroger brand went on sale a while back and I bought one of every kind to try. Curry is actually tonight's menu.
We shop whatever is on sale. So last week that meant 3 meals made with hamburger. Cheeseburgers on the foreman, tacos and meatballs.
This week pork chops were ridiculously cheap so we did pork chops on the foreman (they were awful) haha and tomorrow I will be making pork stir fry.
We are on a low carb diet so our groceries tend to be expensive since all we eat is meat and vegetables.
Besides being delicious, I find adding rice or pasta or even a loaf of Italian bread can really help stretch a dollar because instead of getting one meal with a package of meat we could get a couple nights dinner or dinner and a several lunches.

Life twins. I buy almost exclusively Kroger brand and plan the menu according to the flyer.
We are usually low carb but I cut the grocery budget down by a third so it's not really feasible right now. We'll be skinny again after we buy a house.
Kevinmac it's seriously expensive. And it's hard to keep variety without spending even more! Stir fry has become a staple because you can use cheaper cuts of meat and it still tastes good. You just have to be careful with which sauces you use cause some of them are just pure sugar. We use mostly frozen veggies cause they are cheaper but then I will mix in 1-2 fresh ones.
