akraus2015 it's normal for the uterus to tighten after orgasm but we usually can't tell. It's really obvious when pregnant. Happened to me all the time, I couldn't even roll over
On the RRL topic, I hate tea so I bought herbal capsules. I still have a ton left so I wonder if they really do help milk production...
It did not help with DS induction but my body wasn't ready and didn't behave.
Okay this makes me wonder...does everyone else get a tightening feeling after O? Almost like the baby is like "WTF are you doing lady?!" for a minute? Or is that just me? It doesn't really hurt, just a tightening...
Not every time but some times it's pretty intense.
My ears just filled up from this sickness that will never end...I don't have anything pregnancy safe in the house that might help. Not even sure what would help?? It's so uncomfortable...waaah.
Sudafed definitely. I had a bad sinus cold in first tri and this combined with frequent showers and hot and cold compresses on my head helped. Sudafed has Tylenol in it too so don't take both.

Make sure you check the box for the ingredients. The regular sudafed shouldn't have Tylenol but there are ones that have it. I'm allergic to Tylenol but there are certain sudafeds I can take that don't have it.
Avoid the sinus and allergy one if you don't want to pass out anytime soon... that stuff can knock you out for a while

Yes, an orgasm will cause the uterus to contract, which is what you're feeling. The baby may protest after, but it's totally normal and won't hurt him
Thanks juliayadda and hpnegirl I'm sending H out to get sudafed this am. Luckily only one ear is still clogged but it's driving me crazy so I hope that helps!

Interesting! In Canada they all have Tylenol. I often forget our meds are different. I should always caption my advice with *CanadianAdvice

There's also regular sudafed and sudafed PE (the main ingredient is different- the regular one is sold behind the counter).
onesweetworld stay safe on your drive in! H said the roads are awful this morning
Thank you. My mother text me and told me to call out because it's really bad. I probably won't even though I'd love to.
I don't know what the timing is for you guys but it's going to get much worse before it gets better here...you don't want to get stranded there! Our mall is even closed here (though we have nothing much on the ground yet).

It started overnight. By 6am, there was 2-3" and it was and still is coming at 1-2" an hour. I just talked to my workmate. My county is a disaster. The one north of us is awful. The one with the mall and where I work is also a disaster. Lots of fish tailings and people going off the road
It's a bad sign when I can't reach *anyone* at work

@wannabmomma I'm late to the party but I was going to say the regular/plain sudafed is behind the counter. You usually get a little ticket in the cold aisle and take it to the pharmacist.
