I honestly don't love any of the options. Having "snark" or "snarky" in the name does not at all give me the impression of a reputable, respectable business. It is not a place I would turn for information, nor does it feel like it would be the inviting community we actually are. I agree with the PP who said that honest, straight-forward, non-coddling, etc is more accurate for the community as a whole. While I think the "Unspoken Moments" perhaps best represents this openness and honesty, and it seems more inclusive than some of the others (including the big front-runners at this time), it isn't particularly straight forward to a potential newcomer.
Also, a few names could be seen as inclusive by some but not by others even if they are dealing with the same issues, so I think we need to be as respectful to that as possible. If enough people object for valid reasons, I feel that even a "winning" name needs to get tossed. I do think it may be a good idea to do a second poll after the winner is selected to say 'The winning name is ___. Does anyone adamantly object to this name?' Just because a name wins doesn't mean it is as inclusive or welcoming as it should be, and that would help sort out if there are more than just a few people against it for very legitimate reasons. Hope that makes sense (migraine coming on, so I can clarify if needed).
Did anyone have ideas for variations on the "Baby Steps" name possibility which seemed fairly well received though unavailable as is? I will try to think of additional name ideas also. Those are my thoughts so far though.
