How is everyone doing with the Underground Railroad?

I will be honest I want to really like this book, but I haven't gotten into it so I put it down. I don't know if I have just been too busy so I haven't really gotten into it or I just don't want to read it.

I haven't started it yet. I'm still slowly making my way through Shrill by Lindy West.

I wanted to like it too. It took me a while to get through it and I had to force myself to continue reading it. I finished it because I was stubborn but I don't even know what I'd say about it. It didn't hate it but I wouldn't recommend it.

I ploughed through the passenger - Lisa lutz right after it and that was a much better read. Slow start but I couldn't put it down at the end!

I haven't even ordered it. Based on reviews here I may just skip it and move on to March's book.

I gave up. Sorry ladies. I will still start the thread for those that did read.

I did start The forgetting Time this weekend and got about 90 pages read and I am interested.

Yeah, I'm taking mine back today since it's past due. I'll see if I can get the next month's book.
