I am going to chill the nicest bottle of Italian Pinot Grigio ever theweek of my due date. I don't know when I will have my first glass but I know it will be marvellous.
People are awesome. One of the childcare workers at my gym is going to give me all of her pocket cloth diapers. I'm not sure how many or what brand but I am excited!! DS is nowhere near potty trained so I know I'll have 2 in diapers for awhile.
Jealous! No one I know has CD, so no throwbacks my way.
I think I only know maybe 2 or 3 people in my area that CD. It's definitely not a common thing in my area.
Just told my boss about the pregnancy! He's excited for us. Of course the third or fourth thing out of his mouth was where the project I'm on will be when I go on leave.
I care a little about the project, but they will deal.
Is it bad if my attitude is "I'm taking my 12 weeks and it is not my problem"?

MH just notified me that he made a pretty huge error in judgment at work which has caused a major issue. I used to work in the same industry and while I wouldn't have done it, I understand why he did. He has a meeting with his boss this afternoon to discuss it and I am terrified for him.
My H and I starting the 21 day sugar detox on Sunday...I don't know why I agreed to this. I have done it before but obviously not pregnant. Maybe this will help with my weight gain.
That sounds dreadful, but good luck! Seriously, I've replaced wine with sweets with dinner. It's an issue.

In the 4 states I've lived in, none of my friends who had babies CD. It's interesting, because though it's expensive to start out, it's way cheaper in the long run. I'm sure washing the diapers is a big part of it.
BabyStandisheasilyunamused i mostly lurk this board so sorry for coming out of nowhere, but do either of you want my brand new pockets (one oh katy, 2 happy heinys) and whatever other leftover cloth stuff i have? i want it out of my house so desperately. i think it's just those, a sprayer, and some liners left. i'd happily send them if someone wants to pay shipping! (unless you happen to be in houston and want to pick up.)

If both of them pass, I would like next, if that's okay! :)

If I would figure out how to make a shipping label, I'd be interested! Thanks!

Newp, not bad at all, in fact it's the law. I might not be so nice and remind them of that.

Thank you. It will be easy to backfill my role if the project manager wants to, or the four other analysts on this project could just pick up the slack. The work I do is not rocket science. An analyst from my consulting company could come in and be up to speed quickly. That's essentially what we always do when we join projects.
Hopefully I won't have to quote the law to them. They're pretty good about work/life balance in general.

With DD, I was living in an apartment that charged a huge fee for laundry, so it would have been really expensive to cloth diaper. I wish we could have, though. This time around I'm so resistant to trying anything new I don't think I want to try, but my BFF is CDing her 2-month-old and her fluff bum is so cute it's tempting!
I go every 4 for weight checks on him. My MFM wants to make sure that I don't develop a clot that hinders his growth. So, yes, I do but not related to his stubbornness.

Ah, gotcha.
Maybe next time he'll let you see his face!

Boo. But there are two of them in there, so less space to move around?
Probably. Funny enough Baby A is in back and crammed down in my pelvis and we always get good pictures of her. But B is facing my spine and refuses to roll over so we only ever see the back of her head lol.

Rama can have them. We really only need NB cloth diapers. I'll be in Houston in early April if you have any NB stuff.

I might be the only one who isn't interested in seeing the baby's face 3D style. They all look weird and freaky to me. I'm fine with waiting until I actually give birth.

Good luck! My pregnant friend asked me if I wanted to split a cupcake with her last night and I was like heck no! I want my own cupcake. I even took a 2nd one home lol.
