I picked 2-4 nights a week. I Will have a beer while out walking or after bedtime. More than one drink At a time though? That is maybe twice a month. I have no tolerance anymore, either for the alcohol or the calories.
I drink wine every night. I have adapted well to the French living!
I am kind of a francophile. I have read quite a few books detailing travels through France or memoirs about Aussies, Brits, Americans etc. moving there and starting their own vineyard or restoring a farm house.
Every book makes me thirsty for wine. I could happily live in Provence and smell lavender, drink red wine, and use olive oil on everything. Like, I want to live in one of Peter Mayle's memoirs.
Probably 4-5 weeks, 1 or 2 glasses of wine a night. Only on a special occasion (or a really shitty day) am I going for more than that, and I always regret it the next morning.
I said monthly but really it's rarely. I feel crappy often enough without hangovers and as little as 1-2 drinks can cause one for me. I go through phases of trying a bit of wine nightly but then it falls off. I drink at weddings and stuff though.

I voted SS, bc I'll usually have a couple beers with the guys I bowl with, but outside of that I almost never drink. So while it's weekly now, in a few weeks when my leauge is over it'll go back to once or twice a year
I usually have 2 glasses of wine on Friday, Saturday and Taco Tuesday nights. I get headaches if I drink more than 2 glasses and I don't cocktail much except for margaritas in the summer.
I bought a box of Prohibition Red today because of this thread. And also because wine.
I hope you didn't get a box from my lot. I bought and opened a box 2 weeks ago. The spout drips, even though it's fully closed. I've kept it laid down and been drinking it faster than usual. Just something to watch for.

I voted 2-4 nights a week. Currently nursing a 4 week old, so it's only one drink or maybe two if I've just pumped and dh is giving a bottle and it will be a few hours before she needs the boob again.
Let's just say, I'm anxiously awaiting her to STTN so I can drink more than 2 drinks at a time.

I've never had that happen but if it does I'll drink it really fast and then take it back to the store for a refund
Lol!! I got home and had a bit of a mess to clean up. I was like, well, at least I have wine to drink in my anger.

@juliagulia, I also love a drink while cooking. It makes me feel like an enjoyable and relaxing activity rather than a chore.
I'm mostly a wine and beer person but once in a while in the winter I really like a milk and kaluha if I am lazy and a Paralyzer if I am feeling ambitious.
