I don't know if I should call our regular plumber or the big local company. I like our regular guy but I'm not sure who would be pricier under these circumstances. There's sewage in my laundry sink and my back yard.
Not how we were planning on spending a gorgeous day.
I'd all your regular guy. He may be willing to work with you.
And sorry about the sewage I hope it's all fixed soon.
I'm up. Since it's a holiday weekend, I have fewer responsibilities today. Woohoo! Also C has a birthday party to attend, and it's a church friend, so less small talk with strangers.

DD (4) recently discovered Barney (damn you amazon suggestions!), so that's on while I lay on the couch debating if I want to get up and tackle email and work or just snooze.

Reese survived her first sleepover--we are picking her up in a few hours. Despite that I STILL got up at 6:30am!
While out to dinner last night DH and I talked seriously about moving. We estimated our monthly expenses here, vs. what our monthly expenses would be at the condo--the money saved makes such a huge difference. I am thinking by this summer having our house listed. Right now, we pay all the bills but there isn't much extra for anything else. When we move, the money saved (not even considering the cost of the house sale since we are downsizing) we could actually take a vacation every year. We were mentally placing furniture in the condo last night and figuring out what to get rid of. And what we would need. (Our house has a HUGE amount of built ins now)
I am excited about the move. Not excited about listing and fixing the house for sale.

Are you guys still TTC? Would that change your moves at all if you got a BFP in terms of space for a baby at the condo?
We are still TTC-the condo has three bedrooms, two and a half baths and a full basement. So even with a baby, plenty of room. I remember our neighbors at the condo there had 3 kids. They said that it is a perfect size for two. Three was getting tight. I want to say the townhouse is about 2200 square feet if you include the finished basement.
I spent my night in the bathroom, I have never had a stomach virus this bad before. Looks like H is on parenting duty and will be going to a baby shower with the boys.

That is a huge condo! Sounds like it would be a great move!

The only thing is there is no real "yard"--I mean there is the back to play in but you really can't put toys there since it is communal. There is a driveway and a garage. So that will the be the ONLY con.
