Our anatomy scan was last Friday. Everything is looking good. I still have marginal placenta previa but it moved since my last scan 2 weeks ago. Go back in 2 weeks for another scan.
I had my anatomy scan today. Everything looked good, but I was measuring about a week ahead. They wanted to move my EDD back to July 2, which is what it would have been based on LMP, but my charting and early dating scan put it at more like July 9. Not a huge deal, but my doctor doesn't like to let you go past 42w, and my first son came at 41 weeks, so I just want to be sure I don't end up in a position where they're wanting to induce me if I'm still pregnant by 7/16.
I talked to the CNP about it, and felt like she totally understood where I was coming from. The other thing that came up is that I have a low-lying placenta, which is probably no big deal, but because of that they'll do another ultrasound at 28 weeks to see where it is. So the CNP said after that U/S we'll have more growth info to be able to reassess and talk about EDD again.
I also have a history of GD, so if I'm diagnosed again this time, it might be a little more concerning that I'm measuring ahead. So I'm trying to keep an open mind about how/when I may end up delivering. 4 weeks til my glucose test. Now that I'm feeling better I'm going to try to make better diet choices with that in mind.

JoBub - My BFF just gave birth to a little boy a month ago. She had GD that she was controlling via diet alone. She gave birth naturally only a couple days before her EDD, and baby was just 6 lbs and some ounces. Just an anecdote regarding the GD and measuring ahead (she was also measuring ahead but was pretty adamant about avoiding an induction, which she was luckily able to).

Thanks. This sounds like me the last time. I was measuring ahead for a lot of the time, but they were never concerned at all because my blood sugar numbers were always fine. And even at a week late, he was not larger than average (8lbs 6oz) I think I was closer to expected growth at the 20 week scan, though. So it's really just a waiting game to see if anything comes up to give us reason to be concerned about it.

I had my anatomy scan today. Everything looks great and we found out it's a girl! We're so excited! After the appointment we went to BRU and let DS pick out some clothes for his baby sister. So adorable.

A/S was good. I've been released from cervical checks but I have to go back to the MFM at 28w to start monitoring my cord. My placenta has an extra lobe, so the cord is inserted in the the baby's placenta (posterior) and then the extra part (anterior). Luckily where the cord is between the two is at the top of my uterus and not in front of my cervix. But it'll need to be monitored as the baby grows to make sure it doesn't get compressed or anything as there is less room. I'll also have either weekly or bi-weekly monitoring of the baby starting at 32w with my OB

Had our AS today. Baby looked good from what the tech is allowed to share with me, and measuring about 20.5 weeks, so right on track (I'm 20 +3). We found out the sex and shared with everyone with some photos. Below is one of them:
