spaghetti and garlic toast for the kids nuggets, veggies and fruit - for the adults, chicken stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese with asparagus and mushrooms perogies and veggies and fruit ravoili bbq chicken, veggies and fruit.
I did some meal prep on my day off today, so I have some crockpot freezer meals ready to go! M: spaghetti and meatballs with salad (for DH's b-day one day late, we ended up going over to a neighbor's yesterday) T: chick pea curry and rice (crockpot) W: turkey chili and cornbread muffins (crockpot) R: maybe light shrimp scampi or just steamed shrimp probably with baked potatoes and maybe roasted broccoli F: ? hot dogs or grilled cheese and soup or something equally easy
We had salad last night. Today homemade pizza. Wednesday will be grilled chicken with rice, and broccoli and cheese. Thursday pasta with kielbasa, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, ands mushrooms.
*Taco salad tonight, with ground turkey *Getting the grill out! Bratwurst patties, foil packet potatoes, not sure what veg yet. *Chili in the crock pot- DH has class * Biscuits with sausage gravy, brown sugar glazed sauteed apples *Shepherd's pie
I just realized how carb heavy our week is.... oh well....
Sunday - leftovers Monday - pierogis with sauteed mushroom and onion (kids had nuggets and mac & cheese) Tuesday - Soup and sandwiches Wednesday - Angel hair pasta with alfredo, chicken and broccoli Thursday - Breakfast for Dinner Friday - Leftovers - maybe? Depends on what happens in the evening/weather Saturday - TBD
M- Baked tilapia with rice pilaf and green beans T- Chicken fajitas, guacamole, corn W- Chicken kabobs on the grill with grilled zucchini and mashed potatoes R- Turkey tacos F & Sat Leftovers, cleaning out the fridge before we leave for Florida

Sarasota from Sun-Fri to visit FIL. We may also try to visit my great aunt on Sanibel while we're there. I haven't mentioned it because if I told DH I wanted to take time away from family to visit internet friends he'd look at me like I have 2 heads, lol!

aydee, sannibel is so pretty! and when you are in sarasota you are soooo close to siesta key - very nice there too. You should have great weather! I'm too far away, like 2.5 hours, as I work during the week. Enjoy your time!
@janetheconquerer FIL is about 20-25 minutes from Siesta Key Beach. Our plan is to go to the beach 1-2 days and bring the kids to the pool on the other days. I'm super excited that the forecast looks great.
