wannabmama no suggestions, but Dr Google is saying it's because I don't have enough sugar in my diet(?). It finally subsided on my way home so I'm wondering if, despite drinking a shit ton of liquids during the day, if I'm still somehow dehydrated and it's causing it all.
The only thing that has been helping my headaches is Powerade/Gatorade why is water so useless!!!

Are you eating enough to go along with all that water? I think it's most commonly seen in long-distance runners that only drink water instead of something with electrolytes like gatorade, but too much water can be bad for you too. It can cause the sodium content in your blood to be too low.
If you're eating regularly it's probably not this, but I figured I'd through it out there. My brother worked medical tents at the Boston Marathon for a few years and said the symptoms mimicked dehydrated.

Thinking about it, my appetite has decreased over the past few weeks so it's maybe a possibility. My H suggested last night and today that I try a Gatorade a day to see if they help. I have the powder at work so I'll try one today and see. I also made sure to take magnesium last night, and I'll eat a kiwi later for potassium (I don't eat bananas)
