swivelchair5 will she do oatmeal? Oatmeal and prune puree usually do the trick here. Avocados also make him poop something fierce. Would she eat fruit if you coat it in a little yogurt? Otherwise like others have said I think prune juice or fiber rich foods might be good. Oh and lots of water of course. Fx for good pooping.

It looks like she ate oatmeal with apples mixed in for breakfast at daycare. She refuses to eat from a spoon at home but she will at daycare so I asked our DCP to load her up on poopy foods.

First BBM workout done since Valentine's Day when I got the stomach bug. I feel like it's so much harder to get back into a routine after quitting for a brief period. Fingers crossed I can make it through the rest of the challenge without having to stop again. Mommy needs to look hot in a bikini this summer!

I just got a call that DD has blood on her poop. Poor girl. I checked with her doctor and they basically recommended the food we've talked about here and to call back if she isn't doing better in 3 days. I'm going to duck out of work early so I can buy her some different fruits to see if she will eat any of them. Also, I spent 95% of my day thinking about poop💩and I still got all of my work done.

Maybe cut back on milk too and push water. I hope she's cleaned out soon.

Girl, me too. Every time I do bbm I get a massive headache and feel nauseous. Im guessing it's because I don't drink enough water. I'm wondering if I up my water intake and try to push through it if that will stop. I also would like to look decent in a swimsuit, anyways.

You can do it! I'm motivated to keep going because I'm noticing some changes in my body finally (or already?), and I'm excited what the next half of the challenge will do! Maybe MH will start noticing ;-)
I am also back into this week after a stomach bug. I've been keeping up with the Parenting BBM thread for additional motivation.
And to round out all of my poop talk for today, here is a picture of the poop 💩 cupcake I just ate. It was delicious.*snip*
Oh my gosh. Hahaha, I was scrolling, and saw "here is a picture of the poop" with an obviously...brown picture below it. I thought you posted a picture of her bloody poop and thought you lost your damn mind. I'm so glad this was a cupcake.
Sorry for R, though. I second scaling back on the dairy products for a few days. Plum Organics make a "Just Prunes (or plums, whatever) pouch. I think you said she won't take anything off a spoon for you, but maybe she'll eat them from a pouch?

I need to get back into BBM. I need to find a time to do it and stick to it. Probably first thing in the morning. I'm more likely to make healthier choices all day if I work out early in the day.

I find there is a really fine line between drinking too much water and feeling like I'm going to puke mid-workout, and not drinking enough and feeling terrible after. I probably drink about 4-6oz in little sips before/during the workout and then chug afterwards.

Good job for sticking with it! Between BBM and whole30ish eating, I'm finally starting to lose some of the baby weight. I noticed this weekend that my super tight skinny jeans are falling down a bit and my loose jeans look way too big. That kind of thing is so motivating. I also read the BBM thread on Parenting, but I feel awkward posting when I'm so behind everyone else in the program. I probably just need to get over that.
Speaking of poop, S has recently started this thing where she will poop a little bit, then I change her, an hour later poop again, change her, repeat once or twice more. It's not hard constipation poop but it is formed. Idk why she's doing it but it's annoying. I'd rather it just be one big poop.

L has done this some recently, too. It resulted in me cleaning a massive shit out of my bathtub last week. I have no appreciation for these shenanigans.
Speaking of poop, because that seems to be today's theme, DS decided to go fishing through the garbage. He got into one of DD's poopy diapers, it was on his hands, his soother, the table. SO GROSS. So I got to disinfect things this afternoon. I think we need a garbage can with a better lid.
My big problem is snacking out of boredom. And drinking soda.
I've been eating anything and everything I want for the last 2 years almost because I was either pregnant or nursing. Now that we are slowing down on BF I need to get myself back into some good habits, and it's hard! I've been lucky that I am mostly where I was (weight wise) before I got Pg but I am significantly more out of shape.
Another part of it is that we will likely TTC soonish, so I start to think "what's the point?" which is an awful mindset to have.

Bobby likes to give me one little formed poop, and then five minutes after I change him, bam massive poop.

You know my lyfe. I was the same after I had H. I didn't see the point of getting super in to shape just to get pregnant again. I vowed to myself I would do better this time, but here I am in the exact same place I was then. I think I eat a little better now (mostly healthy food, less fried food) but still no consistency of exercising. I just need to start and stick with it. I want to look good in clothes again.
Took DS to the park this afternoon - it's an uphill walk so its some exercise lol. I need to actually do my yoga workouts. To those thinking about exercise and TTC remember being in shape is supposed to make labour easier!
Met a couple kids around DS's age at the park. I'd say maybe we'll see them again buy i'm going back to work in 2.5 weeks.
DS has been super yelly this week. Its really starting to get old.
On the subject of poop I miss when it was one poop a day/every other day. And I love my Diaper Genie for keeping DS out of the dirty diapers.

I've been keeping up with it too and maybe am starting to see a change in my stomach (I'm doing ab series now too). I follow on parenting but don't post there! I need to get better at eating though, that's my pit.

L is a tiny terror tonight, I don't know if it's teething pain or what, but she has cried the majority of the evening, thank his for bedtime. One in progress, one to go.
