1) I started W30 yesterday and the sugar cravings have started to hit. Only 28.5 days to go 2) DS is finally being more agreeable to sitting on the potty but only when he thinks he needs to go. If i try to get him to sit before he's ready then screaming ensues 3) I did a load of Old Navy summer shopping the other day and between 40% off and a gift card from christmas i got 3 shirts and 2 pairs shorts for $0!
1. We have a weight check for ds today. I'm nervous. I don't know what next steps are if he's not gaining enough.
2. Figured out the empty house is bank owned. There are now 2 giant dumpsters full off stuff. Been watching a guy just throw stuff out windows.
3. We talk about moving closer to H's work, but friends just bought a 900 sq ft house that needs work for 400k. No thanks. H can keep his painful commute for now.
I woke up with a sore abs swollen throat. I'm also losing my voice. No thank you.
DD was a terror last night, I'm thinking three might be fun.
DD and I have matching robins egg blue converse so can we join the club? She'll start wearing them once it's warmer.
Peyton is still a size 5. Her feet haven't grown lately, so not many choices for toddler colours and for my size too. I saw some pink and purple ones and can't quite decide which would be best.
1. I'm feeling better from the pneumonia but the antibiotics have given me a terrible yeast infection. Ugh. 2. DS has his pneumonia follow up tomorrow. He seems pretty much good so I'm hoping for the all-clear. 3. We didn't do soccer again (which turned out to be a good thing with DS being sick) so we need to find a new activity. DS was partying into the night on Sunday. I'm hoping Spring comes quickly so we can get outside. The weather has been so back and forth lately so who knows? Tomorrow it is supposed to be 67 and Friday it is supposed to snow.

Have you tried swim lessons? DS loves it and paddles about like crazy, it's also more an individual thing so you don't have to worry about him being that kid and not taking part with the group

I have considered that. The local Y offers it. I'm just not eager to get myself in a bathing suit right now!
4. When is this damn giraffe going to have its baby? I'm so tired of everyone posting live feeds and for days it's said 'any minute now!' I don't get it

I'm not a fan of the bathing suit part either but everyone there is a parent of a little kid too and probably thinking exactly the same thing

Re: #3, we can commiserate when you move... that's a cheaper version of my house 😉

Giirrrrrlll, everyday I think this. I don't get the fascination. Look up giraffe birth videos and be done.

Valid point. I also don't like the idea of having to change when we get there, then change when we leave and going out in the cold with wet hair. Maybe when it gets warmer...

1. We are seriously thinking about switching Clara to a Montessori preschool in the fall. I'm excited about it. Never thought we could afford it until we did the math and we are paying about the same 2. Only down side to that is T can't go so it would be two drop offs. We did find a daycare that has a Montessori style they both can go to so I have to call them today. 3. I wonder if Clara would like swim lessons? Maybe in the fall we can try that out. Seems like too much with an infant. But in the fall I want to start her in dance and soccer or even gymnastics!

excuses excuses...
Yea.... I think my laziness is part of the problem. DS needs an activity but it's so hard for me to get going on weekend mornings...
