Re childbirth class: I didn't do one with dd and I'm not doing one this time. I really actually want to, but can't justify the money. Did you find it informative onesweetworld !
I personally didn't find it helpful for me, but I'm thinking part 2 (next week) will be more beneficial. It includes a hospital tour and they go through the delivery room and post partum rooms and show you where everything is. It was only $70 so if my husband learned one thing it would be worth it to me. He said he didn't learn anything but we shall see.
$70 seems doable! The ones I looked at were at least double that, and like 6 hours. The part I think would be most beneficial would be my H learning something. I felt like he was kind of hands off with dd, but he also had a horrible migraine. I'm hoping he's better this go around.

Yeah not a bad price. Two nights of 4 hours each. Next week I'm excited to go through the hospital rooms.
Baby is confirmed head down. Finally. I know he can still flip but if I never have to do any more upside poses I'd be happy with that. Ultrasound today went really well and he's measuring completely on track growth wise.
I am down to three shifts a week and will go down to two soon and I cannot wait.

I was excited to do a tour this time around, since I'm delivering at a different hospital. But I was in L&D a few weeks ago for the night, so I decided I didn't need another tour. Lol.
My doc wants me to start weekly NSTs and BPPs for borderline high blood pressure. PreE labs on Wednesday looked good though, so that's reassuring.
I had hypertension with my first pregnancy too, but never any problems from it and didn't need any meds but my mom and sister both had problems with hypertension and pre-e so I'm definitely at risk.
So that's what I'm doing this morning. I'm excited to see the babe though!

jellykat2, I had the same in my pregnancy with DD; they also pulled me out of work and put me on modified bed rest. Are you still working (or remind me if you're a SAHM, sorry if I forgot).

jellykat2, I was only on modified bed rest for a week so it wasn't bad. It was actually kind of nice to have an excuse to lay around and rest all day for a few days. It would stink to have to do for multiple weeks, though. FX you can keep working until you're ready.

Thanks. Yeah, I could handle forced laziness for a week I have a coworker whose water broke at 26 weeks and she was on bedrest in the hospital until 32 weeks when she delivered. Thankfully she delivered a beautiful healthy baby, but I think I would go crazy!

Yeah, jellykat2, I could not handle hospital bed rest for that long- I'd miss my own bed, shower, TV, food, etc. too much! How awful. Glad her baby was ok, though, that's what really matters.
On our way to Malibu for a wedding tomorrow. DD's first wedding. Hopefully it's not a disaster lol
Have fun! I don't remember how old your dd is. We took our dd to her first wedding at 18 months. She has a blast. There were a few other kids for her to run around with and then she tore up the dance floor. Hope all goes well!
Have any of you noticed with all of your joints loosening that your jaw and teeth feel funny. I had this with dd as well but completely forgot until now. It's like they're misaligned and it messes with my eating.
