adouces06 that's a tough call but I would probably take him in. Just a fever with not much else (especially one that responds to meds) isn't much concern but combined with the other stuff, I'm not sure.
Holy crap fem. Thats crazy. erien22846 congrats! adouces06 happy to hear everything went well! I would normally let it go, but my anxiety ridden self of late would probably at least call and see what the nurse said. I'm no help.
macaronmama my sister BF'd her first for 4 months and her second for 6-7 months, 2 years apart. Her boobs are smaller now than pre-both pregnancies, but she also lost all her baby weight and then some. I'm sure that has some to do with it.
adouces06 - That's great news about your DS's appointment! I'm sorry he's still sick, though. I would bring him in to have his ears checked, if nothing else.

I thought maybe ears, but we were JUST at the pedi on Friday for his annual. Would she have noticed fluid then? Can he has gone from being fine on Friday afternoon to having an ear infection on Monday? I don't know how long it takes for those to occur.

You never know. When my niece was an infant, she had a fever for a couple of weeks and was constantly crying like she was in pain. My SIL brought her to the doctor a bunch of times to have her ears checked and they told her every time that they were fine. Well, she ended up being hospitalized for a few days because her ears were so infected that her eardrums burst and her ears were bleeding. (Needless to say, they found a new pedi after that.)
If anything, give them a call and tell them what's going on and see what they recommend.
Okay so I'm BF and had zero discharge for a while. Now the last two weeks I've had lots of it. Almost like egg white fertile stuff but for longer than just one day. I'm wondering if it's because i went back to work and I'm pumping and my body is going from being with baby to not being with baby? Or if my fertility is coming back? I haven't had a period yet. I'm not exactly sure what is happening.

Vaginas are gross. It could be any number of things.
The thing with BACTERIAL ear infections is that they very rarely occur without some kind of preceding illness, usually an upper respiratory virus. So, if a child develops a fever with cold-like symptoms all within the same time frame, it's unlikely that they have an ear infection that requires antibiotics. If you take them in will they have fluid behind their eardrum? Probably. But it's also likely part of the cold/upper respiratory virus going on. If they have cold/upper respiratory symptoms for 3-5 days or more and then spike a fever or have been febrile for greater than 72 hours, a bacterial ear infection is more likely. I can't remember the number, but the vast majority of ear infections in children are viral, don't require antibiotics, and will clear on their own. At least this is what our pedi described to me. Pediatricians are being urged to use more of a "wait and see" approach because ear infections are generally over treated and contributing to antibiotic resistance.
This is what we try to go by/remind ourselves of. But, we also missed 2 ear infections in our oldest that resulted in ruptured eardrums, so. Grain of salt and all that.
ETA: /britta wuz here. Back to bathroom scrubbing.
I bought a Nosefrida last night and used it this morning. Holy crap, that thing is amazing! I thought I would be a little grossed out by it, but its amazingness (is that a word?) by far outweighed the grossness. I wish I'd had one of those suckers when my girls were babies!

Congrats on the raise erien22846! adouces06, I feel like one of N's ear infections occurred right after a well visit. It may have been G's first one. They are blending together. It can't hurt to call and see what the nurse says. Also, congrats on the good news from DS's appointment! jwinct, the Nosefrida is the best.
My boobs went from a B to a C when my milk came in with N. They went back to a B after I finished pumping for him. Since I gained more weight after, they were a C when I got pregnant. I'm a D now, and have no clue what they will look like when I'm done.
I don't really feel like my books changed much size wise, bra wise. They just feel fuller/firmer than before. I may not be in tune to bra sizing though, lmao.
We met friends at the trampoline place this am. Dd1 had a blast and dd2 was super chill. Double naps here FTW. Have been crocheting and watching my shows. I'm tired. I have therapy tonight. I'm kinda bored. And it's raining out. That's all I've got.

Ditto. I'm barely an A cup normally so I don't worry too much about finding a properly fitting and supportive bra. I can definitely tell button down shirts fit a little tighter now so they are definitely bigger. I am wearing China cheapie nursing bras for cup sizes A-C. They do their job just fine but I have no idea what my cup size is. I'll return to my A's after weaning.
So they said they spilled more milk attempting the cup feeding than she drank. At this point I'm just going to send cereal mixed with milk for her morning and afternoon feeds and plan on feeding her at lunch.

I have not had good luck with it. Maybe I'm using it wrong??

Hmm, I don't think it's possible to use it wrong. Unless it's not connected properly?
