Pj day at tumbling today!! Does that mean mommy can wear her sweats?
I was just sitting at work thinking that H was going to kill me if I got the date wrong and Molly was the only one who showed up in jammies! Thank you for putting my mind at ease.

SIL and BIL are here to watch the girls for the night while me and H go and have a date night. They are so great and I wish they lived closer.
I'm not feeling great since I just had a donut for breakfast and my stomach can't handle that under normal circumstances. I'm waiting to get my hair did, so here's to not vomiting all over the salon!
Going to pick up our grocery order and taking DD2 to her first eye doctor appointment. She's been squinting and getting headaches so I suspect it's time for glasses.
I woke up this morning to find DD2 and AB in the extra bed together snuggled onto the same pillow. So cute!
My toddler is broken. All week it's taken him an hour to fall asleep at bedtime and he's up at 530 (and cranky about it). He used to sleep 730-7, now it's like 845-530. We tried putting him down earlier and later and neither helped. Still napping 12-2 or 3 depending on the day. I miss sleeping til 7. I miss coffee.
Tonight we are staying at H's parents for a first communion in the morning.
DH is home! We had no vomiting or other bodily functions during the night but pretty sure I just heard DS2 doing his thing in his diaper. Since we're staying home, DH is taking DS1 to tee ball practice in a bit. We invite MIL to come down this afternoon to bring DS1's new bike and so DH's grandmother can see the boys. They know the tummy bug has hit so it's totally at their discretion. That means I have to clean house.
I do need to hit up old navy for new pj pants. Mine all have ripped because I've had them so long. I also want to just roam stores and not be home. Maybe I'll do that for a little bit.

Our internet tech is here and omg he looks like kristoff from frozen and speaks in an Eastern European accent and it's hilarious to me because we had just watched frozen.

Up early, watching the Lion King with Charlotte. Since I went to Costco yesterday, I might not need to go grocery shopping at all today. Win. DS has swimming lessons this morning and then I've gotta take him to get new baseball pants for his last year of tball!
TMI Warning: So much poop! It exploded out of DS diaper all over his legs. Not even diarrhea just good ol poop. He was walking around all la de da about it too. Seriously who woukd want to walk around like that? Then had the nerve to throw a fit while I was trying to change him and wipe off all the poop. He is now enjoying a bath. Good morning Saturday!

There must be a circle of hell that's just a room of screaming, teething toddlers. Because OMG this child today is so out of sorts and so clingy. Then every time she starts wailing the dog starts howling and I want to build a Fort away from it all and just hide in it forever.
Ryan handled the wake up this morning as well and I got to sleep in until 8:30, when nick decided he just had to crawl in bed and give me kisses and hugs and tell me all about his morning. He is staying at my mom's tonight and I will be turning the cluttered clusterfuck spare bedroom into a playroom. I need more wine for this.
I don't think we have any major plans today, probably just afternoon park time. While Kolby is napping I suppose I should work on my grading...but on TCF and Pinterest instead.
Current nap avoidance strategies: * name all family members * point to and name hair, eyes, nose, mouth, ears and teeth. On herself, then on me * if all else fails, yell "poo poo"! Not falling for it kid! Take the damn nap

E does all of this including playing "peekaboo". Yes, yes, I can't see you. You're invisible. Totally can't take a nap if you are invisible.

Had our first full on public meltdown. Usually I'm good at reading her and can avoid them, but not today. I pushed it a little too long at the mall and the meltdown came, as in running through the mall to get to my car - which felt like fucking eternity!! People were staring like they've never seen a toddler cry, it took all my might not to yell that out to them. It ended with both of us crying in the car and me wondering how the hell im going to survive these next 9 months and life. You'd think she'd be napping by now, but no, she's further torturing me by playing in her crib. I want to throw up.
When we sold our house our stagers brought in lots of fake greenery and it looked so great I bought some for our new house. I totally didn't realize how far fake plants had come. Anyway they sell them at HomeGoods fyi.
Ooooo so smart and way easier than real. Any other tips? We're doing the purge today and then renting storage next weekend. Mostly what I've heard to do is to remove most of the more personal touches (like photos), keep things neutral, and put as much in storage as possible.
I think moving so much to storage as possible next week will help with the move - all winter clothes, baby stuff we're saving, off season decorations, basically anything not being used in the next two months will go. I hope.
Where's the cheapest place to buy boxes?
Don't buy boxes. Set up an alert on Craigslist - you can often get them for free, but you have to jump quickly.

Drive here and take all mine. Also it will encourage me to finish unpacking.
I will also donate to this cause. Omg I have way too many boxes right now. And our trash pickup refuses to take them unless they are cut up and put in garbage bags.

@mamabear02 that would drive me crazy! You can try the line I used on my own MIL - "I usually just let her play with her toys herself" - with a pointed look. Because come on!

Sorry I keep griping, but seriously why do my in laws think they need to dictate Sam's play so much? Yesterday fil basically forced him to go down a slide just because he had climbed the stairs (he just likes going up and down the stairs, which he knows and the slide was pretty fast and I think a little scary for him). Today he was trying to force him to put a shirt on for no reason. And mil is constantly saying lets do this or lets do that. I didn't realize how strongly I felt about letting him lead in certain areas until this week...
omg worst. My MiL does this too- to the point of helping him move his hands and legs when he is trying to play and not letting him do anything himself. Of course he gets frustrated and it makes me CRAZY.
