We had a long day. I have been on a cleaning kick all day. But now I am just tired. Dh and I are talking about doing major projects on our house. We want to replacing the flooring downstairs, tile in the master bath around the tub, paint, and put a backsplash in the kitchen. We clearly have a long list.
Annoyed with DH and got in to an argument because he forgot we had to budget for summer camp fees since DS1 will be out of school and he wasn't anticipating as much as it will be.
Went to LA to see Finding Neverland today, which I really enjoyed. Also had 2 glasses of bubbly. Pre-ordering for intermission is the jam. MH seemed pretty bored, but he's making me go to Wrestlemania, so I don't really care.
I can't decide if I should renew my season tickets for LA or get some for the theater much closer to my house. I've been agonizing over this all day today. Like, it's ridiculous how much I am fretting over this decision. I envy people who can just decide things.

rachydc- I'm going back to your questions about goals. The IFSP goals can sometimes be really hard to determine. The long term goal is that you want A to talk more. You could ask yourself and your husband, what specifically will get A to talk more. Do you want her goal to be that she'll take a turn in a conversation using a vocalization or gesture? Do you want her to follow a command that is 1 step or 2? Usually, after an eval it's good to go over what the child's strengths are and then build up from there. You can have a goal that she'll use communication during a play routine or during meals. Feel free to reach out any time! I know it's really overwhelming sometimes.
