Akin to the feeding check in. What are all these big babies doing with their bottles and boobs? Breastfeeding? Huge quantities of bottles? No interest?
How often are they having milk/formula? Anyone pondering the next step yet?
I'm still nursing, but only from one boob! Lefty dried up about a month ago. It was always an under producer and after a long weekend where P always preferred right- I went back to work and got barely a drop pumping it. She seems fine so I let it go.
When I'm around she nurses before naps and bed. She seems to refuse bottles half the time when I'm at work. It's been offered in a cup (she loves water cups) but she doesn't care. She's up all night anyway so I guess she's just waiting for me. I am counting down until I can stop pumping and she can have cows milk. If I had any kind of freezer stash I'd just stop now but I literally have like 5 bags.
I plan to keep nursing as needed but not worry about quantity or anything. Not that I am now. I leave 3-3oz breastmilk bottles for a long work day but she rarely drinks all of them these days. I am happy that this means little to no stress over the transition during work days to cows milk.
He's nursing all night, at lunch, and when I get home from work. He takes 2-4 2 1/2 oz bottles through out the day. Sometimes he seems to need more, but usually he doesn't eat a ton during the day. I have one side that gets favored and I wouldn't be surprised if the other side dried up too Stringy I have no plans to stop nursing, but I guess figuring out how to get him to sleep without the boob might be a good first step.

We were fully weaned by 8 months. The month before that I started seeing signs - my underproducing side dried up, baby started getting frustrated while nursing, I started getting frustrated while pumping. We were supplementing more and more. We limped along for a while but eventually I realized the stress wasn't worth it. We're doing fine, and I'm happy we made it as long as we did, but also a bit sad that it's over.
I'm still nursing and hope/plan to make it to 1 year. So far things are going well. I don't love be it though and am counting down the days. I have a ton of frozen milk too as I pump while at work so I should be able to give breast milk through 13 months or quit pumping a month early.
Formula here. These kids looove their bottles. No interest in sippies of water. Haven't tried formula in a sippy yet. They still drink 6 bottles per day (4-6 oz per bottle). I'd love to drop the small bottle that's right around dinner time. I think once they're eating more solids it will work. They're still only consistently getting one meal of solids per day. Working on it!

She nurses 5-6 times a day, days I work she gets two bottles. She still doesn't love solids so her I take really hasn't decreased. I nursed DS till almost 15 months when I got pregnant so we will see how it goes.
Still nursing here. She eats 3 meals of solids (varying amounts), and nurses 5-6 times during the day plus one MOTN feed. She'll drink water from an open cup, but only a little.
Goal is to be weaned by 1 year-- I have no clue how to go about this. We'll play it by ear I guess. I have mixed feelings about weaning-- I'm excited for the freedom of it but I'll miss the closeness that it gives me with DD.

Still nursing. Three 5-oz bottles at daycare, 2 evening sessions, and 1-2 motn/early morning sessions. He's doing well. Don't take away his milk, though he's eating more solids during the day. I, on the other hand, have a persistent plugged duct that's driving me up the wall.
I figure I have about 4 months of pumping left, which sounds like fooooorever. Then I'll just nurse when I'm with him.
He still doesn't understand sippy cups so I'm not certain he's ever had much water.
Stringy, that's rough that she waits for you, at least sleep-wise. My DD also just started refusing all bottles (and actually all milk, breast or otherwise, in any container, except from the tap) a little after 1. It at least made bottle weaning no problem at all!
Still nursing here even though I wish I could stop. I always joke I wouldn't mind if my supply took a hit. He drinks his three 5.5oz bottles at daycare, and I nurse him twice in the morning and twice in the evening. I have no clue as to how to go about weaning. It also still hurts most of the time which tells me he learned how to nurse wrong and we never fixed it.

C nurses 4 times day and gets one bottle of BM during an early morning feed. On the day I work, he takes very little--usually like 5 oz total. I suspect he takes very little in general. He gets 3 square meals of solids.
I'm taking things as they come; I'm not planning on weaning before 1. My feelings about bfing are dissonant. I love it! I can't wait to be done.
Stringy it's not weird that you don't have a number. I only know because he's gotten so consistent.
Still nursing here too. The plan right now is to wean somewhere between 12-18 mos. I would love not to have to pump anymore, but other then that I actually really like nursing. She eats 5-6x per 24hrs including one MOTN feeding. She usually ends up taking 2 bottles of 3-4 oz each from my mom on the 3 days that I work.
I don't know how many times he nurses in a day, either. Let's just say it's a lot. He nurses a lot at night, too. I would like to have him weaned around 12-13 months.
I'm kind of dreading the weaning process. DS1 was easy to wean and pretty much did it himself at 13.5 months. DD was way harder to wean and I finally weaned her at 18 months.
Still nursing-5 times a day. I also have a majorly underproducing left side. We tried to reintroduce dairy and she broke out in rashes all over her body, soooo we may be breastfeeding for a while. My goal is 1.

Still nursing. Kid would be attached to the boob 24/7 if she had her way, she's a major slacker and comfort nursery. She takes 3x5 oz bottles at daycare. I just had to start using my freezer supply last week which makes me sad although is also crazy since I need to use it. She eats solids whenever she gets her hands on them. Just figured out the 360 sippy this week and loves water
No plans for weaning. We move a couple weeks after LO's birthday so as long as we're still nursing then I won't wean until we're settled
I was getting nervous because she became somewhat uninterested in bottles a few weeks ago, but it was short lived and we're back. I had my nanny change things around a bit and she's back to 3 4-5oz bottles during the day. I nurse at least twice in the evening and twice MOTN early morning. I'm hoping to stop the MOTN but I'm not trying very hard because I barely get to nurse her as is and I miss it. I cut back my pumping to once during the work day and dipped into my freezer stash. My goal is to make it to 1 year. I plan to start introducing cow's milk around 11.5 months and go from there. She eats about 3 meals a day....breakfast and lunch are pretty big and dinner is hit or miss. I think when I'm around she nurses more and eats less which I'm fine with. No idea how many times she nurses in a day on the weekend. It's funny because with DD1 I was so afraid my nanny was over-feeding her and with this one I feel like she's not getting enough milk but she definitely prefers food. She will eat anything and everything you put in front of her.
I'm still nursing. I have started thinking about how to go about weaning lately. I plan to wean her around 11-12 months. It's different for me since I've been exclusively pumping since birth. There's no natural transition off the boob. C will never refuse bottles, she loves them. I've started to introduce breast milk in the sippy cup once a day to prepare her for the transition off of bottles. I don't have a supply problem yet. I'm producing less, but still enough to meet her daily demand. We decreased bottles back to 4oz (from 5oz) since she's eating solids 2-3 times a day. She drinks 1 bottle in the morning, 4 at daycare, and 1 in the evening before bed. Lately we've cut out the MOTN bottle. I'll be happy to stop pumping. I don't hate it like I did in the beginning, because I'm just used to it; but I'm definitely tired of planning my daily routine around pumping, measuring and storing milk storage.
Still BFing here with no plans to wean anytime soon. I'll wean off pumping at work at 12 months though. I nursed my first until he was about 20 months and my milk dried up due to pregnancy.
He nurses 4-5 times a day on weekends. On weekdays, DS2 nurses when he wakes up in the morning and before bed. He gets three 5 oz bottles at DC but has been really bad about those lately and only taking in about 10 oz. Not sure if it's due to teething, illness, or what. In fact, my freezer was running out of room so I gave a mom 200 oz of BM this past weekend.
He doesn't understand sippies yet. They are really fun toys right now.
Breastfeeding and working moms- did you up the flow size on the nipples? I just realized I didn't cuz in the beginning they say to keep it paced but now I'm thinking it may help.
ETA: anyone can answer- I just feel like for some reason breastmilk being bottle fed gets this advice. And obv non working moms might used pumped bottles too.
