I am in the love my nursing tank camp. With regular shirts the always seem to get stretched from pulling them down. After 3 1/2 years of almost daily use it am replacing mine with the new baby. I had black, white, and gray.
Does anyone else notice their belly getting higher as they get bigger? I suddenly feel a lot less pressure on my lower back and my belly even looks higher now. It's so strange!

Yep. I did this side by side from 13w4d to today, 19w6d.
My advice would be don't go too overboard. I did. I bought so many thick pads because I read how bad bleeding was PP and didn't end up needing them at all. Now they are sitting in my closet. You can always get stuff afterwards.
I know you didn't ask about hospital bags but I was thinking about it and want to be more prepared this time: *nipple cream *my own toiletries, some makeup, deodorant (had to get my sister in law to get some for me with DS. Even after showering I was so sweaty from hormone hot flashes afterwards.) and some makeup. *comfy robe, Jammie's, slippers (don't forget slippers!) *snacks, drinks *boppy *take home outfit for baby
At home * tank tops (I personally don't feel like you need to get nursing ones. The little snaps annoyed TF out of me and it was easier to slide my boob out with one hand than it was to snap the strap off) *nipple pads. Lots of nipple pads *dermablast spray (provided by the hospital last time) *easy to make food. The first week or so I didn't want to cook at all.
I second no need for nursing tanks. They're a pain, they don't fit very well, and it's easier to just pull down the front of a stretchy tank top
I love my sleep nursing tanks with the little clips and the built in bra, and my nursing clothes - are they a necessity? Nope, but I'm glad I have them, and if you can get stuff on sale they don't cost a ton.
Currently I'm trying to decide if I NEED the A&A swaddle blankets that are on sale right now...I have some from DS but between leaving one in the car, and one in the stroller etc it might be a good idea to add a few more...
All of a sudden I want to have everything organized for this baby, I don't remember nesting hitting this early last time.

I'm wearing a nursing tank today. J has been weaned for almost three months. I really should stop wearing them because I don't want them to get too stretched out.

They have them at Homegoods/Marshalls for ridiculously cheap. I've started stocking up every time I see a pattern I love.

Yes. You need them. LOL We had at least a dozen for DS and I never felt like we had too many. And I'll probably buy another pack for this baby too, since DS is still attached to them for sleeping.

I felt an outside kick today! Hopefully she dances more so H can feel. I have AP and a lot of extra weight so I was worried that it'd be too hard for him to feel her.
I am an office/facilities manager for a field office of a large high tech company and H is in internet security for a different large high tech company. In some ways are companies are competitors...we joke "no shop talk" at home.
Vegas while pregnant. Thoughts? I'm thinking of booking a trip in mid April. Mostly to see Backstreet Boys and sit by the pool with a friend who lives across the country from me. Obviously we wouldn't be going out much.

Do it!! I did Vegas during my first pregnancy, DS was born mid-August went beginning of May. the only reason I went was to see Britney. We laid by the pool, ate, walked around, and enjoyed the show. Only advice don't stay more than a 2-3 days unless you have never been to Vegas before otherwise you run out of things to do. Also the smoky casinos really suck when pregnant so don't plan to gamble. I had a lady turn around and blow smoke in face not on purpose just bad timing but puke!!

So I finally told my manager that I'm pregnant. His assistant got so emotional. She started crying and was like "I've been thinking about you so much lately. I had a feeling you were going to tell us you were pregnant so last month I put this in my bag for you and she pulls out a charm of St. Gerard.
She knows how much I've been though so it was a really sweet gesture.
I am a special educator for 4th and 5th graders, H is on the renovations team for a local university.
It was 70 degrees today and it's supposed to snow tomorrow... this winter is so weird
Where do you live again? It's 60's/70's today and then we're supposed to get snow Saturday night, possibly enough to cancel school on Monday (*fingers crossed*).

I'm in Maryland. That storm is going to miss us but we're also supposed to get snow Monday night. We haven't had a single snow day this year when we usually have 4-8. My fingers are crossed for you though!

I'm in eastern TN, so we close easily. We got one day earlier for the threat of snow, which happened the day after on Saturday, and one day for severe storms.

I forgot to add what I do. I'm a health inspector and my husband is a dock builder.
Who is still working out? What are you doing if you are? I'm still using my Fitbit and trying to hit 10k steps a day/weights but some days it's a real struggle.

Working out? What's that?
Just joking! I'm doing little work outs at my desk. It's a standing desk so I do squats and lunges and calf raises in between tasks or while watching or reading stuff. I also have a balance board that I dance/stand/twist/bounce on for some time everyday. I used to stand for 6+ hours a day at work but now it's more like 1-2. My feet start hurting and they've been swelling if I stand for longer. It sucks. I count picking up a 30 pound toddler multiple times a day as my arm workouts most days. I have intentions of doing Prenatal yoga or other YouTube workouts but it just doesn't happen...

I had just finished 21 day fix when I got KU so I was in a great place to keep working out and having a fit pregnancy but I blew it with all the laying around I did 1st tri.
i have been having pretty bad cramps and feeling a lot of pressure today. I just left a message for the on call OB and I'm hoping they call me back sooner than later. I took a Tylenol and I have my heat pad right now. Trying not to get totally freaked out but the cramps are getting worse.
