This time I scheduled my hospital tour for 25 weeks. Last time I was around 31/32 weeks. I was so big and uncomfortable. It felt like forever standing around listening to the tour guide with no place to sit.
We are doing the tour part tonight. There's a decent amount of us in that class so I'm hoping they have seats in the room. I know she is going to take us through a delivery and postpartum room.

I'm pretty constipated so I picked up a bunch of teas at sprouts. I got home and somehow there's some yogurt pretzels, chocolate covered cranberries, and cheesecake truffles in my bag. Not sure how that happened.

The grocery store fairy put them in your cart.
That's the excuse I'm going to tell my husband lol.
I just signed up for a birthing class/tour at the hospital for next month. I didn't realize they only offer the class once a month and I have to wait to hear back from them to see if they have room for us for the next class. Otherwise, the one after that is not until May, when I'll be almost 37 weeks. Oops.
Oh geez, I hope it's not that much. I might actually faint unless they are super fast.
Don't watch. It all depends on the number of tests they want to do. My first draw was either 11 or 14 vials. Second was 10. This last one for blood pressure was just 4.

There was someone last week 38 weeks and someone 37+4. And now it's a week later lol
Mine is orange. "Orange Crush" is the flavor. Is that supposed to make it more appetizing? Haha
Mine is orange (I have to drink it in an hour). They call it "glucola". So clever.
Do they really draw 8 vials of blood???
Well I have a history of RPL and used fertility meds to get KU. I also have a history of low platelets in pregnancy so...I don't know. There were a lot of tube. Maybe more than 8. DS was closing his eyes and had to walk away lol.

Even not watching I've come close to fainting. It's the sensation. I'll tell them to have an ice pack ready in case I get light-headed.

Hi Pregnants! You've been busy today!
At the end of November I had to take DS to a neurosurgeon to check his head because it wasn't rounding out as quickly as would be expected. He said things looked good back then and to come back in 3 months for a follow-up. Well, the follow-up was this morning and he "graduated" from seeing the neurosurgeon! Said his head is a great shape now and no additional follow-ups are needed! Woohoo!!
Now to go back and to start at the beginning of the thread...
I'm finding it really hard to locate motivation at work the closer I get to my due date.
I actually only scheduled myself through my due date. I was planning on working until I had her but the closer I get, the more I say fuck it.
It gets so hard to concentrate! My last day of work was actually the day I went into labor. I worked form home all day through contractions. Well, worked enough to have it be considered a work day.
It would have been nice to stop earlier but I wanted to save every day of leave for after I had DS.

I'm a big chicken so I get it. They have to use an infant needle on me lol
Freakin pregnancy dreams! Last night's was awful and involved animal cruelty. I woke up screaming. I still can't seem to shake it. Ugh.
Do you tend to eat sugary foods late at night before bed? Pregnancy can cause crazy dreams on its own, but I find sugar (even just a glass of chocolate milk or something) makes them worse.
