Mr dr called. It looks like I am pregnant with boy #4! I'm excited and can't wait to publicly announce I'm ten weeks and waiting until the end of the month.

We have a student who will print and then not pay. One librarian called her out on it last fall and the lady simply said she didn't have $$ and walked out. We can charge accounts and you can pay later. This bitch just prints and leaves. She did it tonight and I put a restriction on her account where she can't register or graduate without paying us. No idea how much it is but I put $5.00 on there. Shit, it's .10 a page but she's done this for over a year now.. I wanted to call her out tonight but she rushed out on her cell phone. *eye roll*
Man the mood swings were crazy today. His temp kept getting higher even when he was just sitting, but never broke into a fever so off to daycare in the morning.

Day 2 of the snow hostage situation is almost over. So glad daycare is open tomorrow. The kids have been pretty good, but I want some time where I am not catering to little dictators.
A car ran into an iconic restaurant at my alma mater and it has been condemned. I have the sads and hope they are able to fix the building and stay up. The college has tried multiple times to kick them off the campus as it has grown but it has stayed put.

One more for toilet water today. Two elbow-deep toddlers, when my back was turned. Soaked through two layers of clothes, and A was touching all the walls before I could clean his hands. Fun times.

We mostly stayed out of the toilet today but it is a frequent occurrence. There was a notice that one of the kids in DS room at daycare has lice. Makes me itchy just reading that. So glad DS has sparse hair.
packmomma , you are definitely having A DAY. If it makes you feel any better, I meant to FFFC this but I forgot: last week I accidentally left the bathroom door open, and the toilet lid up/unlocked. I found P dipping her hands into the toilet bowl and then, LICKING them. I had recently cleaned it, but that is GROSS. And how do you disinfect a toddler mouth? I just washed her hands and gave her a sip cup of water. She survived. What doesn't kill us, right?
OMG, that is a story for the baby book! So gross, lol.
Big old mom fail over here. So apparently when my kids were born and we dutifully added them to our health insurance we were supposed to also add them to our dental insurance. Somehow it never occurred to us that it had to be done separately and nobody in DH's HR department said anything to us.
Fast forward 4 years and I made an appointment to take the twins to the dentist for the first time, only to find out that they're not insured. Fuck. DH called the insurance and we have to wait until open enrollment at the end of November (9 fucking months from now!) to add them. So either we have to wait until the twins are nearly 5 years old to have them see a dentist for the first time or we're going to have to pay out of pocket. Either option sucks.
I keep scratching my head wondering how this happened. I'm not the type to miss deadlines or overlook things. Shit happens I guess.
PSA: make sure your kids have been added to your dental plan and not just your health insurance!
Two days of sleeping in makes getting up today very difficult!
I'm so frustrated with the in-laws again. We're trying to plan dinner with them this weekend. Since they've waited so long we already have some plans, but I'm tying to be flexible. SIL works on Saturday, so even though dinner that night would be easiest for us, I offered to do Sunday dinner when everyone could be there, M and I would just drive separate from H, leaving a birthday party early and driving an hour to get there. Apparently that's not an option because of March Madness. So we're getting shit again about M's bedtime.
MIL is complaining that she never gets to see M, and he's going to love my dad and knot know her. I really want to tell her that's true because my dad is willing to work around what's best for M, and he actually plays with him and doesn't just try to force him to sit still in his lap.
But I am over being given a hard time about my kid's schedule, deal with it or don't see us. MIL can paint me as the terrible DIL who keeps her grandson from her, I just have no fucks left to give at this point.
ampaints, my response Mil, I'm sorry you feel that way, but as it's been explained before it's important that we stick to M's schedule. We can have an early dinner or maybe you can come see him Saturday afternoon. He loves going to the park and we'd love for you to join us.
My real response, sorry bout your luck mil. M is not staying up past his bedtime on a school night. Nope, not gonna happen
Ugh ampaints. Screw that. They made it hard, you tried, they made it harder for no good reason (a basketball game, really?). You're done. I'd be done, too, and with a clear conscience.
M's bedtime can be flexible, but not by hours. Especially if he's been sick this week. Just no.
Woke up when H came to bed at 2:30. It led to sexy time so I can't complain, but then he passed put and I was up until 4:00. Alarm went off at 5:00. There's not enough caffeine in the world today.

We did the exact same thing! I was a little annoyed with my H. Thankfully she's still young so we are waiting until Nov.

Guess what! I slept until 6am!!! I haven't done that in probably a year!! I'm so happy!! I don't go to the gym on Thursdays but I still usually wake up around 4:45. Now to get up and get moving because Zoey comes today and I feel behind schedule ha!
