Hey everyone!! I worked a half day today!! I was so nervous about getting baby up early and getting out the door on time, but everything worked out great and I was early to work, lol!
My only complaint is that she was so busy smiling and looking around the room that it took forever to feed her this morning!! Oh well. The cuteness makes up for it...
It's snowing here....but I don't think this is going to be the blockbuster storm that was predicted. It's already starting to switch over to freezing rain.
Has it turned back to snow? I keep looking out the window and see it stops and then starts. I hope I don't regret coming in to the office.

Here's my aw that can't wait until tomorrow. Alex on the left, Leo on the right. Both 3 mo. Who has the bigger cheeks is debatable but that just speaks volumes as to how fast Leo caught up. He was preemie born right under 5 lbs! Plus I don't think they look very similar at all.

In the box....we are still on rain now. But it sounds like inland CT is getting snow. I'm near the coast so it's a little warmer.
Add us to the physical therapy camp - N has pretty strongly preferred turning his head to one side over the other since he was born, and at his 2 month appt, his pediatrician noted that it was making his head a little misshapen, but that he'd follow up on it at the 4 month appt. We attend a weekly new mom's group facilitated by a mother-baby nurse, who noted today that she noticed his preference, and that she'd recommend getting him in sooner than the 4 month appt (he was 3 months just last week, so doesn't have his 4 month appt until the 2nd week of April). We were able to get an appointment with the pediatrician this afternoon, and he agreed that the issue had become more pronounced, so now N will see a physical therapist twice a week for the next 4 weeks. Hopefully this helps, as the pediatrician says the head shape is much harder to correct without helmeting after 4 months. He said we'll re-evaluate at the 4 month appt, but that he will probably refer us to the plastic surgeon that does the helmets at that point anyway, just to follow up. Here's hoping that the physical therapy works!

I finally got the big boys out in the little bit of snow we had. Boooooo. There's a delayed opening for schools tomorrow so DS1's pre-k is cancelled since it's 1/2 day.
Baby D is soooo congested. Pulling lots of shots outta there. I want to cry every time we do it because he holds his breath and screams!!! Oh the screaming.

I feel you. Each morning I use the snot sucker on alex and he cries so much that his head sweats. Hope these colds are over soon!
sheepish hope the PT helps! I just had a friend who noticed her N16 baby was favoring one side and she took her to the chiropractor and she noticed a big difference.
mrswillie poor baby! Have you tried saline too? How are you feeling?
Yes, plenty of saline and then suck. 🙁 He HATES it. He gets mad enough that he starts getting stuff out of his nose when he grunts. Lol
