I got a pretty good night of sleep for the first time in almost a week. Only 3 wake ups and I got to sleep in. When I'm able to get some rest, my milk supply is so much better. This morning I pumped almost 7 ounces, compared to barely 3 yesterday and 2 the day before.

notagoddess hooray for good milk! We couldn't get DD down until midnight last night but then she slept until 4am and up at 6am. So I feel like it was only 1 wake up right? Happy St Patrick's Day everyone!
My 4th wedding anniversary today. MH and I are going out for dinner and a movie. It'll be my first time away from the babies. Thank goodness we have an awesome babysitter who can handle all four kids.
Before dinner I have a long to do list of cleaning, errands, and moving stuff back into R&G's room.
DH comes home from Spain this evening!!! Hopefully all his flights are in time so LO1 can see him before bed.
LO1 was a stinker today. Yesterday all excited to wear her st pats tee to daycare and today would have nothing to do with it. Babes are both napping...I should run out and go buy a lotto ticket or something!
I have corned beef in the crockpot. My dad will come over this evening so that we eat more of it. I'm not huge on leftovers...
crazycatlady6 Happy...Egg-versary(?)!!! Enjoy that drink!
It was a rough night here. Z started really struggling again right as we were going to put her down last night and wouldn't lay on her back. DH works today so I spent the night on the couch with her laying on me. Poor thing is still uncomfortable. She got some sleep but I didn't really. It'll be a rough day.

DS1 was terrible yesterday. He slapped me twice and momma doesn't play that game. I'm hoping today is better. DS2 slept weird last night and we are dragging today. I'm trying to get both boys to cooperate for some pictures in front of the azaleas at my parents' since they are still blooming here.
Baby (3weeks old) is starting to strain on her newborn size outfits. My first was in NB size for like 3 months so this is different. It is hard to believe that she is bigger than my son was, since she seems so little :0

Mine is doing the same! I'm not ready for him to grow out of them but at the same time, I never thought he would fit in them since they were estimating him to be born over 8 pounds.

Yay for good milk and good sleep everyone who was able to get it! Happy anniversaries nomnom & crazycatlady6! Enjoy the time out and adult beverages Another rough sleep night last night because of baby's cold. Yesterday we tried baby wearing in the grocery store. DD1 was never a fan of either carrier so I wasn't sure what to expect, but as soon as baby was strapped in, she passed out so hard I had to keep checking to make sure she was still breathing. She loved it. Only bad thing is that it's structured and has snaps I can't do by myself and my shoulders were pretty sore afterwards. We'll have to give it another shot. Happy St. Patrick's day!

I'm extra anxious today (not usually an anxious person); still waiting for a call back from the nurses line. It's been just shy of 2 hours.
Thank God DH is home until 4; having him here is helping me keep out of my own head a little. I think I'll feel better once I express my concerns to the nurse/pedi. Or at least I hope so.
We went to target and I had a delicious coffee. So that's great- and both girls were angels. (Toddler had a lollipop the entire time---mother of the year over here).

I've got therapy today so I should be getting ready, but E is peacefully asleep on my shoulder and I don't want to chance waking her if I move her. I think I'll give her another 15 mins.
E slept a ton last night. 5 hours, then 4 hours, then 3. It was glorious.
We've got some good friends from college coming over tonight, and I want to tidy up a bit... it's so hard to be cleaning/tidying with a LO around.
So excited for the weekend when DH will be around to help out. Things actually get done when two of us are home.

H and I got into a screaming match this morning in front of the kids because he continues to go into work early and I'm sick of not having help in the morning. He's miserable at his job and won't look for a new one yet keeps going in early because he can't catch up. I'm sure I was in the wrong for yelling but all I wanted was to do my hair this morning because I was going out in public today but couldn't because he was leaving again. I apologized but told him it's time for him to find something he enjoys doing instead of continuing this miserable job.
nomnom I have the same issue here. He spits up a lot. I try to get it in if he wakes up and isn't fussing for food right away since I have the least chance of spit up if it's right before his next feeding.

NCU entirely - I just passed a clot the size of a ping pong ball... normal? I called the nurse line at the OB office, but they haven't called back yet. I feel fine, so hopefully it is fine, but it freaked me out to see that...
I hope you get answers at the pediatrician's flyinghorses6!
I'm glad your husband is coming home tonight, @jacks605!
I'm sorry you're having a rough baby day, dancerspose. Hopefully you can both get some good naps in today.
AFM, my grandma came over for several hours and helped corral the big kid, cleaned my kitchen and did dishes, held the baby while I ate lunch, etc. It was marvelous. She wanted to give me more for her to do, but honestly, I felt so much better just having a clean kitchen and someone to chat with during the day. Now I'm eating a cupcake and waiting for the nurse to call me back from the OB office. Oh, and nursing the baby. Of course. Lol

I didn't realize how awesome it would be to run errands for an hour solo after having a baby. I might be at a coffee shop chillin' for an extra 10 minutes but there are chocolate chip cookies that I got for DH so we'll be good.
I also got my birth announcements today and they are freaking awesome! I got my newborn photos done at the hospital and I am very pleased with them.

Sorry for the rough morning allisong87. I hope your H takes some action to find a new job soon.
Good luck at the pedi, flyinghorses6. I hope you get some answers.
I tried mall walking as exercise today for the first time. It was OK for some very light exercise and to get out of the house. I had to stop because of crowds a few times. Too bad my local mall is a busy urban mall. I would do it again but I'm also happy spring is (hopefully) on the way.

Oh! We weighed Clara on the kitchen scale today, and it said 7.5 pounds! Even if it's not totally accurate, I'm going to guess she has surpassed her birth weight of 6lbs 7oz. Lol
crazycatlady6, I had MIL watch E today for two hours while I went to therapy. I had a little extra time because I hit no traffic so I got some coffee. Amazing what 10 extra minutes to yourself can do for the soul.
Hugs. During the day, E fusses like 60% of the time lately. I want to find whoever invented pacifiers and make out with them.
How have you been holding up? I've been thinking of you. Have you seen someone about PPD yet?
The referrals didn't work out so I'm calling random people in the area that take my insurance. Everyone is full up but I have a few more options to try. I've been feeling a little better so hopefully once I find someone that will be enough.
