LC helped out tremendously and DS is latching now. He even gained 3.5 ounces since Friday's appointment. Last night he wanted to nurse every 2 hours. I think he's happy my milk is in but man, mama is tired!
Yay! Glad the LC was so helpful and things are going better!
Being parents of the year that we are... I was in the mood for the first time in a few months, so once DH put DS down for his nap (which him doing is rare as it is), we decided to have sexy time. Well, DS decided he didn't want a nap and started fussing. We left him fuss instead of being a cock block 🙈 he then passed out and is still taking his nap
N woke up three times recently and DH had to keep going out to settle her back down lol. We were determined. But we've also let her fuss herself back to sleep.
I have no drive when pregnant, so when I get in the mood, we jump on it.. DS has been fussing every nap time, nothing new. Kid has the worst case of FOMO that I've ever seen!
We just took our dog to the dog park which was packed because it's sunny and 50s. Super nice day. I ate a snack an hour ago and am still hungry (stomach growling and everything). Guess dinner will be early tonight!
I am freaking out about this trip man. I'm hoping that after this I will feel calmer about this whole traveling thing. Also, this has me wishing I had done more traveling sooner so I wouldn't be 30 years old and have no idea what I'm doing. 😂

What did I miss? Where are you going? Somewhere fun??

Lol you are fine. It's not hard at all. Just call me and I'll talk you through the whole thing

We are going to Florida and onesweetworld is holding my hand through out the whole process because I have flown all of one time 13 years ago and it was a senior trip so all I did was show up at the airport with my bag packed with what they told me to pack. 😂
I ended up being too lazy for the movies, so we ran errands and got some stuff done around the house. Then I napped for an hour, oops. I know I need to stay active and work out more, but I seem to be in awful pain every time I try.
We met another nanny candidate today too. She seemed nice, but asked if she could take the baby to her mom's house sometimes (after I met the mom/saw the house/etc.). That's a weird request, right? It's not just me?
icedtea, personally, I wouldn't want my nanny taking my kids to other people's homes. Out and about to playgrounds or the museum would be fine but not other people's homes.

I'm so sore from cleaning. My whole body hurts. I only got two rooms done and some laundry...ugh! I really need a cleaning fairy. I never can get past a couple rooms so I never have a whole clean house!
TTC since July 2014. CP March 2015. IVF #1 March 2016, 5R, 3M, 2F with ICSI. Transferred 2 on day 3. CP. Surprise BFP and then CP August 2016 (prep cycle for IVF). IVF #2: zero eggs retrieved IVF #3: 6R, 5M, 5F, 3 (2 8A and 1 11A) transferred, one "B" graded embryo frozen on day 5. BFP (at home 7dp3dt, confirmed 14dp3dt with 1552 beta) and U/S at 5w5d, 2 sacs and 2 yolks!
leviosa, exactly. I'm not sure why she'd even ask that, and I was too taken aback to say much more than "no, we really want her at the house aside from outings to the park and such."
We went snowshoeing the had brunch with friends. I am trying hard not to nap and be productive organizing the nursery instead.
I am very impressed that you're not wiped after snowshoeing.
It was only for an hour or so and a pretty easy trail. I definitely get winded going up small hills and my back was starting to hurt a bit but made out okay overall. The huge brunch wiped me out more than the snowshoeing!

I honestly am not sure how I feel about it but if I liked her enough and she wanted you to feel comfortable that she may take the baby to visit with her mom, I don't know if it would bother me. When I was in college and watching a baby, I would take him to visit my mom but my mom also worked with his mom so it's a different situation. I was 21 or 22 at the time and liked to visit with my mom and she loved kids so.

Just only go in the clean rooms and tell yourself the house is clean. Mind over clutter.

I did strategically clean the kitchen, living room, and bed linens...three places I spend 90% of my time. I want to do bathrooms but I like cleaning them with the powerful bleach stuff...which means I want H to clean them now. Since that will never happen, I'll have to break down and clean with the method stuff I have. But...hope springs eternal that he could step up

I bought some enviro clothes from norwex (I think that's the company) to try to avoid the chemicals. Yet I was cleaning the sink at work with bleach yesterday ....whooops!

Ugh I'm having such a hard time getting comfortable in my bed. I wonder if I should move downstairs to the more uncomfortable bed to be able to spread out more. Damn dog takes up my leg room which impedes on how I lay.

Yeah I've used bleach a couple times or clorox wipes for little jobs, but the bathroom scrub needs more intensive interaction with the chemicals I feel like. And, really, it would take him 20mins max.

Yeah the fumes is what would get to me at 20 minutes. It only took me 5 to scrub off my sloppy employees spilled make up off my sink.

This happens to me every night too. You'd think my dog weighed 100 lbs, not 13.

I'm really thinking of sleeping alone in the guest bed. If I had the same mattress I have up here, I'd live down there. I'm only here for the mattress.

I'm comfy when I sleep alone, but when H sleeps up there, between he and the dogs, I get squished into a teeny space and it's no bueno. Especially once it gets hot!
