I'm really thinking of sleeping alone in the guest bed. If I had the same mattress I have up here, I'd live down there. I'm only here for the mattress.
I'm comfy when I sleep alone, but when H sleeps up there, between he and the dogs, I get squished into a teeny space and it's no bueno. Especially once it gets hot!
Yeah this is where I'm at. I'm tempted to get the dogs crate and put it back up for him to sleep ins

One of ours will sleep on the floor if I ask him to...the other one waits until we fall asleep and creeps up and takes all the space. I think if I put him in a crate at this point, though, he'd just be super annoying all night.
TTC since July 2014. CP March 2015. IVF #1 March 2016, 5R, 3M, 2F with ICSI. Transferred 2 on day 3. CP. Surprise BFP and then CP August 2016 (prep cycle for IVF). IVF #2: zero eggs retrieved IVF #3: 6R, 5M, 5F, 3 (2 8A and 1 11A) transferred, one "B" graded embryo frozen on day 5. BFP (at home 7dp3dt, confirmed 14dp3dt with 1552 beta) and U/S at 5w5d, 2 sacs and 2 yolks!

Trig will only whine after I'm asleep so he wakes up H. Maybe I'll talk my mom into buying me a new mattress for the guest bed lol 😂H would kill me if I touched the savings this close to maternity leave.
FFSC: I use chemicals almost daily to clean. I have a teenager and he usually ends up scrubbing my tub and shower because I give him jobcards when he breaks a house rule. I have a weekly list of chores that need to get done and as they get done throughout the week we mark it off. I usually wipe things down with a Clorox wipe daily. I do use cleaning gloves so I'm not actually touching the wipe.
My H never cleans though so it is all me and DS1 or it never gets done. It's a daily struggle to even get the man to open the dishwasher and put his dirty dishes in there.
This happens to me every night too. You'd think my dog weighed 100 lbs, not 13.

I don't blame you. I'd totally do it too, but Lou gets real bad anxiety if H and I aren't in the same bed at night, and he'll run up and down the stairs and whine because he's not sure which one of us supposed to sleep with.

Awww. Yeah I'm sure I'd have Trig with me. He prefers me but right now I prefer sleep.
I'm so sore from cleaning. My whole body hurts. I only got two rooms done and some laundry...ugh! I really need a cleaning fairy. I never can get past a couple rooms so I never have a whole clean house!
Just only go in the clean rooms and tell yourself the house is clean. Mind over clutter.
This is my new philosophy. I'll just tell H anytime he gets on me about cleaning.
Ugh I'm having such a hard time getting comfortable in my bed. I wonder if I should move downstairs to the more uncomfortable bed to be able to spread out more. Damn dog takes up my leg room which impedes on how I lay.

This is what I was going to do. The first mattress is horrific and that's what I slept on for ages (well after sleeping in the recliner in the nursery for ever). Mostly because our bedroom is in a different floor than the nursery

H won't let the dogs in the bedroom. 💔
I straight up told MH this would be a deal breaker for me when we started dating again. Lou sleeps in my bed with me...he was here first, he gets dibs. 😂

Yeah I have a crib in our room and her nursery. But the guest room is the downstairs master. I'm going to sleep down here tonight.

It's just the exposure to the chemicals. I don't think Clorox wipes are as bad as spraying chemicals but it soaks into your skin when you touch them. Which is why I use a glove. As long as you have good ventilation I think it's fine to use whatever chemical you want.

We had enough room for a crib in our bedroom but h "doesn't do well with no sleep" 🙄 I love him but he can be a baby haha

Silly me I just assumed that dogs would be allowed everywhere. I wish I could have seen my face when he said it was a no-go. (Although truth be told with how much the lab sheds, its sometimes nice to have a mostly dog hair free zone)

I'm seriously going to start documenting every time H leaves dishes in the sink when there's a completely empty dishwasher right there...last week it was every single day.

DH told me he doesn't have time to open the dishwasher and put his dishes in there. I said, "it literally takes seconds for you to do that...you don't have 5 seconds to put dishes in the dishwasher?!" I was ready to throw the dishes at him.
I know he is a resident and has a lot of work and not a lot of free time, but give me a break, everyone has 5 seconds to put dishes in the dishwasher.

I blame the hospital for many of my H's habits. They are told to leave things and other people come clean them up. I have to remind him there is no cleaning staff at home.

I haven't changed anything- no gloves, still using the same cleaners I always have.
It's not like your (general you) using HCL or NaOH or playing with toluene daily. Not all chemicals are bad or created equal.
If you're really concerned, you can always look up the SDS on the cleaner
