Ok, this is super weird but I woke up this morning with these weird brownish stains on my right hand (palm and tops of index finger and thumb). At first, I thought it was dried blood but I couldn't find anywhere I was bleeding from and there was no blood (or anything else) on my sheets or pillows or clothes. Also, it won't wash off. I tried soap and water, alcohol, and even vaseline but no luck. It looks like hair dye or self tanner but I haven't used either any time recently. These stains were definitely not there when I went to bed. Also they don't itch or hurt and they're the same texture as the rest of my skin. Anyone else else experienced this? Any idea what it is? Should I call my doctor? I don't want to overreact but it's so weird!
Pics of my weird hand stains behind spoiler for anyone interested.

Weird! The only thing I can think of is Melasma. It usually occurs on the face but a quick chat with Dr Google told me that it can happen anywhere. When is your next appointment with your OB?

My first guess was melasma too. But could it be a delayed reaction from something you touched yesterday? Did you cook with something different for dinner and the stains just took a while to develop?
