Wearing these damn maxi pads is turning into a pain, literally. It's like rubbing my butt raw. My sister suggested aquaphor. I'm totally going to try it.

Do you have the Always Infiniti brand? I swear by them.
I'm using always but not sure the exact ones. I'll have to check. If not Infiniti, I'll have to check those out!

Also, and this feels dumb to write out, but here I am: even when you just pee, make sure you wipe your butt. I don't know why, but my butt crack, basically, would be damp. Sweat? Pee? PP drainage getting caught all up in there? Whatever it was, once I started making the effort to wipe back there, too, no more chafing.
Thank you everyone for the congrats! Sorry I'm not naming names, i suck at doing it on Tapatalk and I've got baby on my chest
We are both doing pretty good but I'll probably be back in the next few days with some Q's about PP and a baby that doesn't have the best latch/suck (hoping it gets better as he wakes up!

He's here !!! Our little (big) guy came at 6:51pm weighing 8lbs 5oz and 19.5inches! Paxton Thomas is his name So in love and happy our family is now complete!! I don't know how to add pics on tapatalk (I'm a noob) .
Guess who immediately falls asleep if we lay him on his stomach? That's right, baby boy. Who is usually screaming and fussing and must be held until he is asleep. I wish I could let him sleep like this. Instead I've transferred him to the RnP.

We have Tilly's 2 week appt tomorrow, she feels bigger so hoping for a good weight in. My nips are still recovering but she does seem to eat well and often. She's doing good w the pacifier, my nips needed the break 😩
Going to ask the pedi about what seems like possible reflux but only has happened a couple of times but she spits up then inhales it into her nose! Then she struggles to get a breath until she coughs and sneezes it out, it scares the crap out of me.

I too have a tummy sleeper. She's been sleeping on my chest most nights as I'm propped up and have a few pillows around me. Got a 4 hr stretch yesterday, it was amazing. Hoping once she gets bigger she can go for it and live her life sleeping on her tummy safely.

Also when do babies go through the witching hour? Cuz I've noticed she's started to fight sleep and then just crash in the evenings around the same time
