I'm also impatiently waiting for my panorama results. My friend had it done with the same doctor and got hers back in a week so I am really hoping for the same!
To all those who chimed in yesterday: I did the yoga poses you recommended last night and no crazy RLP this morning! I doubt it was that immediate of a change, but I'll take it. Now I just have to remember to stretch every night.
Oh yay, I need to start doing this. I remember pigeon and happy baby?
I also am getting recommendations for a chiropractor from people in my town. I am over all this pain.

Exciting! Are you guys finding out the sex with it too?
I've tried this and gave up. H and I both weren't following it. But I think once the baby is on the outside, we'll need it to keep up. Share if you find a good one!
Yeah, we definitely need one. We have a bad habit of pushing things aside and then it piles up and we can't catch up. I may make my own depending on what I find. I definitely don't need vacuuming or laundry on the list since I vacuum every other day and am constantly doing laundry. I plan on working on this during Ds's nap...which is hopefully soon.
But if you put those on the schedule, then you can at least mark them as done What? That's not the way it works? Oh...

Yes! It feels crazy to know so early because we didn't find out until 21 weeks with DS.

doodler, sorry you're still dealing with the nausea. I know it well and you have my sympathy. How exciting that you may be getting your panorama results soon!

Last night I did pigeon, happy baby, bound ankle, and lizard (back leg lowered on the ground). Definitely felt good!

Did you get the tracking number for it and register on natera's site? My doctor never called. I saw my results on natera's site about a week after they received the blood samples. They also never emailed to say they were up. I had to log in and physically look
I see a physical therapist who does myofascial release and she apparently doesn't recommend chiros. But I am desperate and want to try all the things.
My H is strongly against me seeing a chiro. He doesn't like the requirements for their education and feels they could end up doing more harm than good manipulating your body. Accupuncture, on the other hand, he's seen enough studies with benefits where he's fine with that, provided they're following protocol for needles.
That's just my H's opinion and why I'll likely never see a chiro. Though I hear positive anecdotes all the time and people who swear they fixed their hip issues during pregnancy, etc. If I end up being in that much pain, I might see one specifically for that. Gotta be able to function!

MIL mentioned to me last night that she didn't know DD's middle name. She forgot it. For some reason that really bugged me. Who forgets their grandchild's MN? It's not like she has a bunch of grandchildren - she has 3 and she sure as hell knows the other two's MNs.

I actually did register it. When I had a similar test done for my husband and I during RPL testing, the website said that the results were ready, but they would only be released to the doctor. Will they put the actual results online for this one?

Confession: Chiros scare me. I have a really hard time relaxing and i feel like I would tense up when they were doing manipulations and that would cause big problems. Also, I know many chiros are anti-vax, which makes me judgey. Would totally do acupuncture, though. I actually did do it once for sea sickness but unfortunately it didn't help much.

marshian, I've been to a chiro before and it was a positive experience (the outcomes, the guy himself was a douche). I was doing acupuncture, but it's an hour away and so the drive was doing more ill than good. I've tried finding one closer, but it's been hard.
In my experience, it's just a bit harder to weed out the quacks in chiro than some other professions. But as long as their services list includes normal things and not "this manipulation cures cancer!" then I usually feel ok. That's also part of why I want personal recommendations, though.

The only physical manipulation mine does is to my hip. The rest of my back, shoulders, and neck is done using this activator device. He practices on pregnant women and children a lot so I'm comfortable with him. We have a chiro on staff (not practicing but current on CE) who recommended him to me

marshian, DD is not as important to MIL as her 2 grandsons and it is very obvious. But for right now, DD doesn't notice and loves her so we just try to let it go. But I silently stew about it - my DD is awesome (not that I'm biased) and deserves equal treatment. And at least she has my parents who adore her.

I'll have to look into this activator device. H might be more comfortable with that.

I went to my networking meeting and it was a visitors day and there were wicked good cupcakes donated for the meeting (they're ones in a mason jar) so I snagged two. One for each baby...makes sense, right? I wish I'd grabbed two different flavored, though. The red velvet is pretty delicious so it will do. I have to be in the office late...I might eat both.

sleepymonkey - That is sad and a tough situation when she's old enough to notice. Although, anecdote, we all knew growing up I am my grandfather's favorite. Though he treated us all equally, it was just known. And as adults, we realize my one sister is my grandmother's favorite and also my parents' favorite. My parents would NEVER admit to it, it's just how me and my youngest sister feel. Middle sister gets all the praise and never does anything wrong.
Thanks hpnegirl! I want to wait and find out the sex with DH and DS so I guess I won't open the report until we are together! I wouldn't have thought about that!
doodler I opened mine at like 6am when H was going in for a shower. I called him out, butt naked, and just went "Results are in. It's a boy" lol We then proceeded to discuss the meaning of the risks with me still in bed and him naked 😂
Thanks hpnegirl! I want to wait and find out the sex with DH and DS so I guess I won't open the report until we are together! I wouldn't have thought about that!
I think it's a boy! I am generally just so happy to see you here and at this point in your pregnancy.

Thanks!!! As you can see I am an anxious mess waiting for these test results. I am still in the "this isn't going to happen for us" mindset. I really think that will change after we find out that this baby does not have any chromosome issues.
