I have no guilt. I get fresh ones from Wegmans where they make and slice their own meats so I feel like it's safe.
My RE actually said that packaged lunch meats were ok but the risk of listeria is higher with fresh sliced deli meats. But whatever, have eaten, will eat. Just thought I would share that, for whatever it is worth.
That's so weird, I was told the exact opposite lol. The nurse at my office said it's safer to choose the fresh cut deli meat rather than "the packaged Hillshire stuff". I guess I could see it either way. Oh well!

So I think I've figured out a cure to my nausea but it's awful. I mentioned last week that my coworker brought in donuts and I had a triple chocolate one- well it made me feel 100x better that morning. This morning I felt like crap after eating a healthy bfast of eggs and fruit so I stopped for a donut on the way to work- nausea instantly cured! This is a bad habit but I'm amazed at how well it works.

This reminds me that I need to stop by a local shop to try their strawberry and champagne doughnut with cheesecake filling.
Trying to enjoy the variety while I want it and can tolerate it.
Neoplaton ice cream shake Brussel sprouts with garlic and parmesan red onion peanut butter tart lemonade - Kirkland is my favorite broccoli salad veggies and French onion dip salt & vinegar chips
Target has this cheese demi in the bakery that is wonderful with just about anything to make a sandwich. I'm digging it with smoked sharp cheddar, buffalo chicken and roast beef with a bit of mayo.
I'm needing to have something tart with every meal, so that is neat.
I have been all about the lemonade this pregnancy - it's so weird because I very rarely drink it
