Hi Ladies!!
So I took some time to check out some online prenatal yoga resources!
Videos: So, yeah, this seems like an almost too obvious choice, but there are a few reasons I like these videos 1) The instructors are careful with their directions, moreso than on YogaGlo or DailyBurn 2) There are videos specifically for common pregnancy issues, which I really like. 3) The videos are not too long. 4) This sweet woman allows the camera to be real close, which is helpful.

Biolateral Sound Healing for Racing/Intrusive thoughts: I struggle with intrusive thoughts, especially in pregnancy. This comes from a workshop I recently attended for trauma therapy and anxiety and I have been having quite a bit of success on my own with it. Therapists I know are using this technique with loss moms. I thought it might be helpful for some of us who may have brains that make it hard to relax. Listen with headphones, eyes closed. The way it works is the sound goes from one ear to the other in varying intervals, tricking your brain so to speak, so it only works with headphones. I like the ocean one because it feels womby. I also like the thunderstorm one.
