bethypoo83 I'm happy that your H agreed to go to counselling with you. I'd really like for my H to do the same but he sees no reason.
bwisco123 I tried telling my H that you don't wait for your engine to catch fire before seeing a mechanic; you go in for regular maintenance to (hopefully) avoid that ever happening. He still wouldn't admit there was a point in counselling but I think it tipped the needle that direction at least a little. Maybe your H would be receptive to that as well? I'm sorry things have been so tough. This domestic life is not like Disney led us to believe.
Spent the morning with my family raising funds and awareness for Parkinson's Disease. My brother is doing a 7500 km walk to raise (hopefully) $25,000 for research and resources, so today we had the kick off.
J had a ball playing with his cousins and DH took a 5k walk with my brother.
Now J and I are chilling in the car waiting for DH to get back. J passed out in his seat so I have free time to TCF!
Welp, the sleep sack may be dead in our house. For a while now M has been taking it off when she wakes up. This afternoon she took it off as soon as DH put her down for her nap, crawled over and shoved it in a corner of the crib, and then went back to her favorite spot and went to sleep. I do not have high hopes for her sleeping a real long time. And it might be time to break out the blankets.

Don't give up hope R has been doing this for weeks, taking it off before he lays down to go to bed. But the other night I tried to put him to bed with out it, and he kept requesting it, and would not settle till he was in the sack.

G is in bed. I hope she gets some sleep tonight. I am exhausted. MH is making popcorn and we are going to watch Fantastic Beasts. We haven't seen it yet.

We're finally starting to tell more people that I'm pregnant. DH called his mom this aft, and I'm all up in my feels about it. I'm going to call my aunts and uncles this week, and I know they'll all be excited and make the appropriate noises, but it's just not the same as being able to tell my parents

OMFG that is a huge ass cake corrys12!!! How many people were there? Glad she had a great party!
Lol, that WAS a huge ass cake!!! When I asked my sister how many people sje was expecting bc I wanted to know if I should order a half sheet or full sheet she said to order a full...so I did....not even HALF the cake was gone. So everyone went home with a chunk of cake, and there is still leftover.
But my niece was happy....and that is all that matters.
