I'm 19+3 today and currently have bi-weekly cervix checks. Last Tuesday, my cervix had shrunk from a healthy 4+ to 2.8(?) with funneling. My MFM started me on progesterone sups, told me to try to take it easy at work if possible and to put myself on modified bed rest when at home. On Friday, my cervix was measuring 2.8 to 3.5 and the funneling was basically gone. My MFM was not in so I could not find out if she wanted me to continue with the same restrictions. Next check is on Tuesday.
Glad the cervical check went well on Friday therealbug hope things still look good on Tuesday!
I'm 18w1d and just hanging out until our next AS to get a better look at a few parts, which isn't until the 24th. I'm otherwise doing ok, just back to being tired and waking up with a headache almost every day. And I need new clothes like whoa!! I'm running way low on things that fit!!
TTC since July 2014. CP March 2015. IVF #1 March 2016, 5R, 3M, 2F with ICSI. Transferred 2 on day 3. CP. Surprise BFP and then CP August 2016 (prep cycle for IVF). IVF #2: zero eggs retrieved IVF #3: 6R, 5M, 5F, 3 (2 8A and 1 11A) transferred, one "B" graded embryo frozen on day 5. BFP (at home 7dp3dt, confirmed 14dp3dt with 1552 beta) and U/S at 5w5d, 2 sacs and 2 yolks!
Pretty well...I was on the early side so they couldn't see all they needed to in the hearts. Also baby B has a cyst on the brain, they said not to worry, most resolve on their own, but it can be a soft marker for trisomy 18. But since we had NIPT which was negative, etc., it's likely nothing to worry about. I'll, of course, feel better when it's gone nonetheless! Otherwise they looked good, a bit ahead in growth and weight (9 and 8oz...little chunks, ha!), all other parts accounted for

I'm 23+2 today. I feel good, but my allergies are the worst. I was able to have a little relief while in Cali last week, but it's just so unbareable and dry where I live. I've had a headache everyday since we've been back. I'm just doing what I can to be comfortable and waiting it out.
Headaches are my biggest pregnancy complaint for sure easilyunamused and only Tylenol to combat them, ugh! It's like being starving and only having tic tacs for the hunger!

I've been lucky not to have them frequently, but 4 days in a row is tough. And I'm also trying not to even take Tylenol. I'm a glutton for punishment apparently. 🙈 So bananas, lots of water, and dark rooms have been my remedy for now.

wannabmama, the reason I ask is because of the ladies on my bmb had her a/s last week and they found a choroid plexus cyst and told her it was NBD because she'd also had good NIPT results. One of the other ladies on the board shared a ton of good info with her about it too that was all very reassuring (basically same conclusion, it's almost always nothing to worry about). If you want to read exactly what she said and the research she cited it's on the August BMB, in the last few posts on the Anatomy Scan thread (sorry I don't know how to post the link here).

I'm 19+4 and my anatomy scan is tomorrow finally! I cannot wait. We already know what we are having but no one knows that we do. We wanted some time with just us knowing but everyone knows tomorrow is the big scan so word will be out. I'm a little bit nervous about the scan just hoping everything will be ok.
I think I'm finally feeling some movement. Still not sure but it's in the same area all the time so I think that's what it is. My biggest complaints are also the headaches (which I have about once a week and they kill me) and hip pain while sleeping. It wakes me up several times a night which stinks. I'm on the hunt for a decent body pillow.

Hi hi! I'm 23w2d here and so excited about our repeat A/S on Tuesday. I love feeling baby girl kick, but of course I worry when it's been a while since she last moved. I've poked her a few times to get her to move. :/ It will be so nice to see her again.

I'm checking in on time this week!
therealbug, glad your cervix is getting longer! Hopefully your check on Tuesday goes well! wannabmama, sorry about the headaches. easilyunamused, take the Tylenol! Four days of headaches sounds terrible. king26, good luck tomorrow! Let us know how it goes. Also, I bet it is the baby that your feeling! I questioned myself for weeks before finally figuring it out it was for sure the baby. JustJudy, good luck on Tuesday! @katerli, congrats on graduating to 3rd tri!
AFM, I'm 19 weeks today. I've been feeling so exhausted lately. I'm laying in bed now (it's 7:45 here) so hoping to get some good sleep tonight. My anatomy scan is Thursday and I'm really looking forward to it. MH can't make it so I'm a little bummed about that but hopefully we'll get some good pics. Doing the 1hr glucose test that day as well. Feeling little kicks more consistently now too.

Hi everyone, sorry I have been MIA so much, I feel like I have missed a lot here!
therealbug, Sorry the cervix is misbehaving, hopefully it is something that just goes away.
JustJudy, I hear you on the movement and repeat A/S. I ended up having 3!!! The tech said that the position of my placenta was probably why I couldn't feel him much early on but now it is near constant now that he is getting bigger, which is nice!
Sorry I can't respond to everyone, I am at work and still haven't prepped my noon class! Anyone still in college or who every wondered about your profs we are all a mess!
AFM: I feel like I have been traveling for months, I was at two conferences in the last month, and just got back from one in Vancouver. I am way behind with work and am starting to get regular headaches and am tired all the time! Thank God the semester is over in a month and I can sleep until this little boy comes. Before I left I had to have a repeat A/S because he would not cooperate the first time. It took three tries that day to get all the images. I had to go and come back. Finally they had me walk around the hospital and check again after 20 mins. He just would not stay still and refused to face the directions they needed. I hope this is not a sign of times to come...
yellowcat lol, yes! For our A/S they had me roll onto one side, and baby would roll too. Then we'd try the other side, and she'd follow again. It was like she thought it was a game. Hopefully tomorrow she's a little bigger and easier to see, I'm not counting on her staying still at all.

morning! I am 22+3. I'm tired and have some aches but overall feel good. Emotionally I'm being a weirdo and being emotional for no reason. Anxiety is high and IDK why really. Also I look definitely pregnant. The past week everyone has been asking me, I had 3 people ask me this morning at work.
The billing lady was apparently out on medical leave last month so I just got the call about how much our anatomy scans will be costing...$1,300 for the two. Deductible is now met for the year, but we have a 20% co-insurance up to $4,500/person. Ugh. And here I was thinking IVF was expensive bc we didn't have any insurance coverage. Seriously, F the US insurance system.

JustJudy I hear you...our OOP this year is $7500 and I pay my insurance myself (self employed) so I'm getting it coming and going. "Luckily" my maternit21 test got me to my deductible, so at least we'll pay a little less from here on out for each thing? Silver linings I guess? Ugh.

Had our anatomy scan today. Everything they could see looks good. He is measuring around the 50th percentile for head, waist, arms, and legs. Feet look big (no surprise since DH wears a size 14). Couldn't get a good view of heart or spine. So I have a fetal echocardiogram in 2 weeks (apparently this is the norm for people who did IVF-at least in this town) and then another a/s in 4 weeks to look at the spine. Hey, I'm ok with seeing the baby 3 times in the next month after not seeing him for the last 7!
Today definitely made me feel better about things. We told my parents it's a boy and my mom has already gone shopping. I know people at work will ask tomorrow but I'm not ready to tell yet.
