requiressnacks I think my older DS's were around 7 or 8 months before I stopped giving them the bottle at night. Lol. If they screamed like they were hungry and wouldn't go back to sleep when I tried, then I fed them.

I'm back!! My two night trip home with baby turned into four. My dad had a major seizure the day after the surgery and had to be sedated and intubated for a couple days to stop it. He's doing much better now, thankfully!
Baby D was a perfect little love on both flights. The only problem I ran into was a major blowout as soon as they closed the doors on the way back. Through the pants... all over him and me. Gah! Again, the size 1's are too small and the 2's are too big. Ugh! What do I do? Plastic pants?

Glad to hear your dad is doing better! How's your mom holding up?
What diaper brand are you using? I've compared size 2's diapers and they are not all the same even though the weight was the same. I think the smallest 2 was costco. And the one I used most was the Sams' size 1-2. After we finished that 1-2 box we went straight to size 3.
My CW who got laid off and whose last day is this Friday, is pissed that we're making her do actual work that needs to get done by the end of this week. Esp since she's booked appts during the next few days. It's not rocket science, just very tedious but that's finance work in general. It's one report that has to be revamped. There's plenty of time if she stopped taking off for 3 hrs each day plus chatting everyone up. As a professional, you'd think she'd like to leave a good impression esp with the managers. \vent.
Disclaimer: if she doesn't get it done it falls on me to do it.
mrswillie, sorry to hear that things were rough with your dad, but that's great that he's doing better!
Yeah I've bought a couple of items that are more flowy, could use a couple more. Otherwise, I'm in between everything and still look like 14 weeks pregnant. Boo.

littlelion, I've never heard of a company laying a person off and then expecting them to actually report to work the next day. I'm surprised she's even there, honestly.

mrswillie, I'm so sorry about your dad, but I'm glad your flights went well!
Maybe try a different diaper brand? I love Huggies Snug & Dry. We use 2's and some 3's. I actually think I'm going to move them both up to 3 soon since it's annoying having them in different sizes.

Thanks, mrswillie! It's a site that I've never orderd from before so I just guessed on my sizing. We'll see if any of them are actually keepers. I just needed something new and fresh.

Her (& many others) were told back at the beginning of Feb. Company spun it as at least you have 2 mo warning to look for another job. She shows up cause she wants the paycheck I assume.

I know we tried Huggies once when DS1 was in the hospital when sick and he had leaks out the side. No clue which kind it was. Not sure which kind or what size I should try. Baby D is right at 14 lbs. Huggies sizing says 1 is <14 lbs and 2 is 12-18 lbs. Pampers sizing says 1 is 8-14 lbs and 2 is 12-18 lbs so same in weights.
I know I saw somewhere before that Some diapers are sold in size 1/2 in other countries. How do I get those? Lol

mrswillie we did plastic pants(diaper cover) on the way home from Kansas just in case after our rental car blowout. Glad your dad is doing better. requiressnacks I love that first dress. Such pretty colors.
Having dinner with my boss tonight as previously mentioned. She picked a vegan friendly restaurant because she's a total health nut, and I'm all 🙄🙄🙄. No judgement on the vegan lifestyle, but we were supposed to be having cheesy, delicious Italian food!

I walked out of DC to my car and heard this lady bitching on the phone to her apt bldg mngr about ppl parking in her spot. Insert the biggest sheepish face here. I was parked in her spot. The spaces aren't numbered and no sign so lots of ppl from DC park there. And then when I got home I realized I forgot my milk in the DC lobby. I left most of what I pumped in Alex's room but took 1 baggie back with me to freeze since he didn't finish all of his milk today. Ugh.
I'm trying out frontera grill sauces this week. Yesterday was chicken taco skillet sauce. It's ok, has a chipotle taste. Tonight I'm trying a mole sauce.
littlelion, I wish my feet never changed! They still haven't shrunk back to my pre-pregnancy size. I have a whole closet full of shoes that don't fit anymore
