1) I'm WFH today since the doctor told me to rest. I started 13 Reasons Why and it's really good 2) Someone just knocked on my door with flyer asking if i wanted to celebrate the death of Christ. Ummmmm no. 3) Our offer (after a couple of counters) was accepted on the place in Vancouver! Now i'm hoping so much that everything goes smoothly.
1. I am about to dye my hair and do my nails. Gotta get rid of these white hairs.
2. Raining again for my day off so instead of more yard work, we are playing and watching some TV. I saw Fox and Hound is on Netflix and was excited. I originally saw it in the theatres a million years ago!
3. Have a babysitter tonight so I can meet kittyriot for drinks!! Yay! I will get pics and AW properly later on 😉
Yay!!! So looking forward to tonight! That's my number 1!
2) These conference chairs are miserable.
3) I am wearing a dress today that I normally wear with heavy tights and knee high boots. Today I am wearing it with regular panty hose and dress shoes. Shit, I didn't realize how short my skirt is. I hope no on is judging my skirt!!!
1. DC told me this morning that DS is stealing other kids' food and sticking his hand in their yogurts and puddings. I had to laugh! I asked if he's eating his food or if he's still hungry and his teacher said he's eating everything so it must be behavioral.
2. For DC, I usually do the drop offs and DH is supposed do pickups. Lately, I've been doing all of the drop offs and about half of the pick ups because he leaves late, traffic, etc. and it gets really frustrating. I told him this morning that I had to stay late today for a meeting so he has to make sure he leaves on time to get DS. He agreed. It's pouring here so traffic is horrendous and he calls to tell me that and he doesn't know if he'll be able to leave on time. I was like, figure it out. I'm sick of the attitude that my job doesn't mean as much as his.
3. I've been good with eating the past couple of weeks and have lost a few pounds but with everything going on, that's turned to crap and I just want to eat everything in sight.
1. DH and I have been together 13 years today. 2. Someone is talking to their bank today about a loan to buy our motorcycle, crossing my fingers it sells soon 3. I didn't run yesterday, feel like I'm in a slump, so unmotivated.
1. I was successful in moving DD2s bedtime up to about 7:45 last night but then, instead of waking up at 4:30ish she was up at 1:45 and 5:30 to eat. I know that's still not bad but I've gotten used to getting up only once.
2. I got in a walk and a short ab workout yesterday but I cannot get my eating under control. I feel like I need hypnosis or something.
3. My dad and step mom will be up from Florida for the weekend. I'm keeping DD1 home from school on Friday to see them. I was hoping to have everyone go to the local zoo but it looks like it's supposed to rain. 😕

Are you breastfeeding? I can't remember. When I was nursing DD I couldn't get eating under control because I was ALWAYS ravenous. I had to just let it go. Don't be too hard on yourself over the eating. Stay active and in time, you'll get your eating habits under control.
1. Can't get used to the activity of this babe in my belly. He is so calm. I have to drink OJ on the regular because he just doesn't move a lot. I've asked about it and they did a scan and nothing was out of ordinary. Apparently he is just calm compared to C. Weird.
2. I'm enjoying my hot coffee today, it's been awhile since I've drank my coffee while it's still hot.
3. 24 more days of work and then I'm off. Hallelujah.
1. Today is a WFH day for me and it's fabulous to be by myself!
2. Since most of my day today consists of coding and doing runs in a program for work I can get stuff done around the house while it's running. I've already cleaned the floors upstairs, will be doing downstairs shortly. Wish it was warmer so I could open all the windows too.
3. My life is currently so boring I can't come up with a third thing. I'm actually thankful for that right now.

1. Bertha, the giant tunnel boring machine, will break through today. 3 years late, but whatever. I have been fascinated with this thing! For those that don't know what I'm talking about....
Doll15, I was the opposite. DD1 was chill and ELiza was way more active. For us, Eliza has always been an active baby and toddler compared to DD1. That could be telling. Maybe you'll get a super chill outside baby too!
1. We just got back from touring a Montessori preschool for Clara. Love it! She goes in next week to see if she will fit in. Nervous 2. T woke up twice overnight to eat. 3. I have to pickup Clara and T for the first time by myself today. Not looking forward to the kids wanting to touch T.

2. Ds woke up asking about eggs this morning. I thought he meant eggs to eat and got excited. No, he wants talking about plastic Easter eggs 🙄
3. It's payday!
Where does the tunnel go to/from? Also this looks like a live stream with some real action, not this April crap.
The tunnel replaces a giant viaduct that runs along the waterfront. The viaduct is in really bad shape and is sinking. It would tumble down in an earthquake!
1. First time in a good few days I've felt like I'm doing ok at this parenting business. Kids all happy, tea on and house still standing.
2. Soft play (scene of DS's accident) called. They want to give a gift to DS so he's not scared of slides! Bless. They are also putting signs up to warn parents not to go down slides with their children. I'm really pleased with how they dealt with this.
3. DH has a job offer...back to travelling around the world, being home less, irregular work pattern (i.e. we can't make plans). But it's great money, we can clear debts and I could give up work. I think he's taking it.
1. We have local elections today. My grandma is convinced there is a referendum to consolidate the schools into a county district. Luckily that us untrue, as it is a horrible idea.
2. We went to a little class about foxes today and made puppets. Fun was had.
3. DH was supposed to close tonight but is opening instead and I'm a little sad it means I'll have to wait another day to watch the new episode of Call the Midwife.
1. Utah is so beautiful 2. Vacationing with 2 little littles is...something, but it's going pretty well 3. I don't even know what time zone or schedule my kids are on, but they're pretty messed up. 4. Last day of my whole 30! I know I haven't been 100% compliant the last couple days, but I'm trying to make good choices and doing the best I can under the circumstances. I'm pretty proud of following through with it. Last night at a Mexican restaurant was tough - we should have saved that for later this week. I'm a little scared to reintroduce things.
I just made DH watch the tunnel boring machine breakthrough. He thinks I'm crazy. I told him not as crazy as all those people watching a giraffe who's going to give birth "any minute!"

Bertha gives me so much more satisfaction than April. It's crazy when you really think that that things been moving along for four years. At least bertha is making history. Damn giraffe!
