And like becole mentioned. I'm finding O uses pull ups if we have her wear them for some reason. But we're using them regardless for naps and longer outside the house activities where we're unsure of how frequently we'll be able to get her to a bathroom.
I don't think it's damaging her. She's doing really well at home and at school.

Off today, running errands with baby while J is spending the day with my parents.
Saturday Dh is going to an anime convention so I'll be on my own with both kids. It's supposed to rain, it will probably be an inside day. I am not brave enough to try an egg hunt with both kids solo.
Sunday is mass in the morning. I get an afternoon to myself since Dh has a whole day to himself on Saturday. Not sure what I'll do. I don't have much money. Hmm.
I have Monday off work and J will be going to my parents for the day again. Baby and I might tag along with Dh on his sales calls if he's going up north.
Agreed. I use pull ups for any longer outside trips or any situation where we might not be able to get to the toilet. Better believe DS will be in pull ups when we fly next month and he always wears them after swim because we go straight to the grocery store.
We did pull ups with Dd on the plane for our own comfort. She never peed in one though.
And we diaper at night and nap because she never wakes up dry in the morning and we've had nap time accidents. Mama doesn't like washing the bedding that often. I read something that some kids don't night train until 6 - a small percentage, but it can take a while for many kids.
One of my friends has almost 5yo twins, one wears a diaper at night and the other has been dry for over a year.
As predicted, the haircut was a shit show. DS cried, screamed and squirmed the whole time. Then he was pissy grocery shopping. We ran into a DC friend and he wouldn't say hi or anything. He fell asleep in the car on the way home and when I tried to transition him to his crib, he woke up and pitched a fit because I took away his lollypop. Great start to the weekend.
We're doing another egg hunt tomorrow and then dying eggs. Sunday we have church and then are going to my parents house. Dad will grill, we'll play games.
Then we'll come home and have the traditional viewing of Jesus Christ Superstar
My family and the ILs do the viewing of JCS as well! We just listened to it in the car ride up to NC.
We have a crazy weekend/week coming up. Today I took DD1 to Sesame Street Live and she loved it. She kept leaning over to kiss me and say "mommy and me day!". Tonight we're going to get take out & dye eggs when DH gets home. Tomorrow is a ton of cleaning and prep because we are hosting Easter. Sunday both of our families will come over and DD1 will hunt for eggs in the yard. The rest of the week DD1 is home for spring break. Her birthday is Thursday and we have dentist and doctor appointments also and I need to get some stuff together for her birthday parties next weekend. I'm exhausted just thinking about all of this.
Today was family fun day. We were all off work/school. We went to breakfast at our favorite small town cafe. Then we bought me a bicycle, it's my birthday present. We got home and hooked up the bike buggy for DD and went on a family bike ride. I had an ENT appointment and now heading to my brothers to pick up a fireplace/entertainment center. Tomorrow we have an egg hunt in town and then just relaxing. Sunday we just have easter bunch with my family and I'm sure MIL will want us over at some point. Monday I'm off and I'm planning on relaxing all day until a dentist appointment Speaking of easter, I need to pick up eggs too. Yikes!
Tomorrow is my grandpa's burial. It's about 3 hours away, so we will spend most of the day in the car. The funeral was a little over a month ago but they wanted it done in 2 parts.
On Sunday we will go to church, have an egg hunt, and a family dinner. I hope the weather is nice and we can get outside a bit.
An Easter egg hunt and party at my neighbours house today which will be fun. Then church on Sunday. In the afternoon, we are off to an Easter Fun Day at a local castle. It's a pirates theme which is a bit random, but there will be bouncy castles, face painting, balloon shaping, egg hunts, games etc so am looking forward to the kids enjoying it and spending family time.
So bad weather wrecked our plans. In the end though we went through to Edinburgh and spent the afternoon at Dynamic Earth (a science/geology centre). It was great for the kids with interactive and 4D volcano, iceberg, rainforest and space.
Got some great pictures outside the Parliament building too. I used to work there in my life before kids, so it was nice to show them my old life.
I spent wed-sat with SD in NYC which was awesome. Drove to my inlaws from the airport to pick up dd and the dog and have an early Easter with the inlaws and my parents (they watched dog and dd while we were away.) MH and Ss were at the house by time we got home. MH was OOT for work.
Today we had an egg hunt and Easter baskets for the kids at home. Dyed eggs and dd played on her new tricycle. My parents are bringing dinner in a bit and we'll just relax with them.
Funeral Saturday. Our next door neighbor died from liver cancer at 44. So sad!
Sunday we did church and lunch at a friend's house and they set up an egg hunt. We didn't dye eggs because I'm lazy. DD loved helping make empty tomb rolls, which are marshmallows wrapped in a crescent roll.
I was taking some pictures of DD2 and got an action shot!
