Just wondering if anyone is planning on doing the Tone it Up bikini series or would be interested... it's mostly free thing (you can do it for free definitely and but they also have some "premium" workouts and they sell their nutrition plan, but most of the challenge stuff is free on the workout side and you can easily swap for the non free stuff with free stuff).
I get really excited for all their challenges and usually start super strong and then taper off, especially since LO, 8 weeks is a long time. Hoping some accoutabilibuddies might help with the long haul! They post lost during it, there is a weekly workout schedule and they do a lot of giveaways. This year they are even doing live workouts on IG.
Before my wedding I did the bikini series and was super committed and it was amazing...
Hoping to stay focused for the long haul this time!
I just bought a bathing suit. I don't do bikinis anymore. I keep telling myself to start something and during the week I'm good but the weekends are horrible. I do go for walks but need to up my game!

I've never heard of this series before, but I may look into it. I have nothing close to a bikini body. I haven't worn one since high school. But, I do really want to shape up. I started dieting again today. I've noticed now that I'm so heavy that my energy is really low and I'm having more injuries when I do work out, so I need to commit for sure.

Nothing in the basket except the chocolate bunny was ok for Passover so we ate that... but Passover ends tonight and there is an obscene amount of candy in the house...
H and I always fight about jelly beans/gummy candies bc I only like certain flavors and he says I violate the sanctity if he mix (and yes, those were his actual words).

I went to my first Weight Watchers meeting in 5 years today. Feeling empowered! I have a long journey ahead. I made goal in 2012, but I was 9 weeks pregnant and couldn't keep attending. This time I will make goal and lifetime membership.
What's the TIU bikini series? I need to start a structured program. I've been trying to go to the gym twice per week and run 3 times per week, but my workouts keep getting put on the back burner any time something comes up.

It started on Monday. It's a fitness website toneitup.com
I love them! They are super fun and absolutely gorgeous and very body image positive. Most of the challenge stuff is free on the fitness side. Sometimes they put "premium" work outs on the schedule but they usually put an alternative if they do. Most the food stuff is not free but I don't love it anyways (it's a one time fee, that I joined before my wedding and I did use it then with great success but it's very restrictive). The work out stuff and their IG is the best!
