Is my BILs wife still considered my SIL? Things that make me say hmm... anyways, her mom came over last night to discuss adulty stuff with us- life insurance. So that was... fun.
H has to set up a job tomorrow at 6am which means my sleep-in day is fully lost since dd has her dentist appointment at 9:20 and then we have a birthday party at 1:30. Busy weekend ahead..

DS woke up at 5:15 and I knew he was still tired. He whined mama for 20 minutes and then finally went back to sleep. Of course I'm up now. My sister is coming today. I plan to send DS to daycare so we can have a nice lunch and pick him up sometime after nap. Also we discovered there are a bunch of mint plants around our house so I think I'm gonna buy rum to make mojitos. Too bad my sis doesn't drink.
@mrspanpan, i usually take my time getting ready but then go down and get some good coffee - maybe a breakfast too. Because starbucks (or other local coffee venue) is soooo much better than room coffee...
It's Friday, yea! Nothing exciting for me. Work, meetings, pick kids up, dinner bath time, exercise, shower, shave, watch a corny movie i've been wanting to see, and then bed time. hitting up SeaWorld with an old high school friend and my kids tomorrow. Now that I am excited about!

TGIF! Busy work day ahead, but having a date night with H tonight!
I think we're going to do a zip car (it's a car share program) to Trader Joe's on Saturday afternoon. And then on Sunday, it's the launch party for an artist book I designed and printed with work from about 15 artists as a fundraiser for this awesome organization that works with immigrants, The Florence Project. It's an awesome project but it was more work than I anticipated, and I'm so relieved it's done.
M is a stage 5 clinger and at an 11 this morning, so he's at 16 overall. I woke H up (no idea what time he got home last night, don't care) grabbed my phone and coffee and I'm hiding in the bathroom for a while.

Add us to the weird penis problem club, @janetheconquerer. N has an odd white spot on the rim of the head (god, I hate saying that). We are going to watch it and call the pedi if it changes or doesn't go away.

So we chickened out last night and didn't put the anti-finger sucking device on A but we are definitely doing it tonight. I'm sending H to the liquor store this afternoon in preparation.
It's a gloomy, rainy day here. I kind of feel like turning Mickey Mouse on all day and letting the girls be bums but I know that will only last a little while. They are thankfully keeping themselves busy at the moment
layloo08, only lt'd because i hate saying that too! and yes, it was the rim of the head for us also.....i had to say penis like 10 more times last night and then write it on the instructions for daycare today. my god, i never thought i would have to say it so many times in one day. (not that it's a bad word or anything but seriously, how often do you HAVE to say penis)

I'm always calling H into the bathroom for ds when I'm bathing him. "does this look normal?" "is that supposed to fold like that?" "is this being cleaned right"
