Haha, I appreciate you holding me accountable. I think I've done well this week. I've been focusing on healthy snacks- apples, carrot sticks instead of cookies, Doritos, etc. I did have 2 chocolate covered strawberries yesterday for our anniversary, but at least it was fruit.

I bought extra chicken breasts that my husband grilled yesterday so I'm having those for lunch with spinach salad or leftover veggies from the previous night's dinner. I'm trying not to snack....as much...and I'm back on the no soda wagon. Unless it's the weekend, then I'm allowed one.
I relaxed on my diet a bit because I just felt like it. I found some Pilates workouts I love so I've been doing those everyday.

She's been around for awhile, but I Only started checking out her YT channel last week.
Blogilates. She does little recipe videos also and they seem pretty good and way easy to veganize in most cases. She's a little corny but my legs and butt were killing me after each workout so she does help me target muscles I wasn't able to with other exercises.
I used to do Pilates years and years ago and I don't know why I ever stopped. You can start to see definition pretty quickly.
We started back up on whole 30 yesterday after taking the weekend off. It's not how your supposed to do the program but it's what is going to work best for us. Better than nothing, right?
But I felt so crappy and bloated Saturday after eating whatever I wanted. I think it will help me long term knowing what I eat makes me feel so gross.
My boss brought in the most delicious looking caramel rolls to work. They look amazing but I'm not all that tempted.
