He is getting pretty good with the spoon. We are solidly on a one nap schedule.
He has started biting during tantrums. Kid's quite dramatic. He yells in this special way, I call it baby cussing because that's essentially what it sounds like.
Well he pooped in the tub the other night. He tried to warn me by standing up and staring me down, but I didn't get what he was doing until it was too late. At least now we know he understands the feeling of having to poop. But he was not a fan of having poop in the tub with him, lol, totally freaked him out.
Me? Well, I got a job. Very part time so I'm still home mostly, but still feels weird that I'm leaving my kid with someone else to go to work sometimes. I start next week.
Milestones: Hmm...puts his shoes on, says his ABC's and counts to 15.
Challenges: Nothing I can think of!
Funny/cute stories: H cooked D letter shaped chicken nuggets for dinner the other night. Gave him the "D"and "H" but left the "E" on the stove. D craned his head around in highchair towards stove, pointing and said,"I want 'E'!!" over and over. I asked him how he knew "E" was on the stove and he said,"I read it."
How are you? Eh. 1st Clomid cycle. 10dpo. BFN.
Anything else? Spent $955 at the vet yesterday to find out one cat probably has lymphoma and a month or so to live, another cat is beginning stages of renal disease and my dog needs a tooth removed this week.
QOTW: What's your favorite piece of clothing you own/have owned? Favorite thing ever that you had for your little(s)? Warm, light weight clothing. I despise bulk and I'm always cold. Favorite thing for LO is probably this Mickey Mouse zip up hoodie with cute ears.

Oh hey! I am, in fact, alive.
DS is 18 months
He's doing a lot more phrases lately. Usually it's hi or bye *fill in whatever he just saw*
Tantrums. But we've learned what triggers him, so we try to do all the things right to avoid them (which works about 30% of the time )
For several months now, he's done this adorable little dance thing where he clasps his hands in front of him and says "buh-buh-buh." We honestly just thought that's what he does when he wants to dance. Well it occurred to me when we got a pic from DC this week that he was singing the "baby bumblebee" song. OMG it's seriously the cutest, and I may be singing it to him every chance I get.
Well the only thing worse than working a stupid amount of overtime is hating the job that you have. So I'll be looking for a new one in the coming weeks.
DX: MFI TTC April 2011 BFP #1 7/15/11, EDD 3/22/12 - CP Varicocelectomy surgery 9/4/12 - T improved to normal, but still MFI IVF #1 w/ ICSI Jan 2015 - 11R/6M/6F, ET of a 3AB expanded blast w/ none to freeze.
Milestones: sleeping better in her toddler bed and staying in bed at night.
Challenges: not listening and instead thinks it's a game abc will run and hide when I ask her to go do something
Funny/cute stories: Tonight her baby brother was crying and she stops playing to come over. She starts patting his back asking "oh M what's the matter, it's ok"
How are you? Tired but I think that's a new normal no matter how much sleep I get.
Anything else?
QOTW:[/b] What's your favorite piece of clothing you own/have owned? Favorite thing ever that you had for your little(s)? My favorite piece is currently a pair of skinny jeans that actually fit. Only my favorite bc they are the only pair that fits. For my DD my favorite piece was her first pair of shoes. They were Sperrys. For DS it is any outfit with a bow tie.
@enchanted since we moved DD into a toddler bed (bc of climbing out of crib) she now refuses to nap (never a good napper). We do the movie trick too, it works sometimes.
eliz77 sorry seems like you've had a rough couple of days with BFN and your animals. Hugs.
