It's been a busy weekend! I ran a bunch of errands on Friday, including setting up a registry at Target. I don't expect anyone to give gifts from it, more just to keep track of what we need, get the discount, and free samples. We're picking up a new computer desk today that I found on Craigslist. Our current office will be DS's room, so we need to move the office into a different and very visible area of our house. The new desk is so pretty. Yay! DH is taking our old nasty couch and some other old yucky things to the dump.
Hi ladies! I've been a little MIA lately, moving is tough. Hopefully this move will be the one we stay with. We've moved 5 times just this past year and I'm so over it. No new updates with baby, I'm now trying to find a new dr near where I live. Hope all is well with you ladies! ❤️
I made DD overcome her fear of the big potty (aka regular toliet) which is great. However, now she runs to go potty every 5 min as she is obsessed with it. The novelty will wear off. I just tell DH that at least she does it all by herself....
L's fever reached 104.6! His eyes were rolling in the back of his head and his whole body was red and flushed. It scared the crap out of me so I called the nurse. She called the dr and he said if it reaches 105 or goes down and he doesn't perk up to take him to the ER. What the heck am I going to do with all my kids at the ER?! The positive is that DH is already there so he would meet us at the door and he would get all the bells and whistles bc DH is working at the Children's ER this month. I still don't want to need to take him.
Since all of that, I took his temp again and it dropped back down to 102.6. So now, all night, every time I feel his temp on the rise I'm going to have the rectal thermometer up his butt making sure it's below 105. Poor guy! None of my kids have ever been this sick before.

Oh no @wicky I'm sorry about the migraine. I've been fighting a headache all day and finally had to give into it and just lay down. I need to get so much done but it was just not the day. I hope you feel better!!
leviosa that's scary with his fever!! I hope it stays down and you can both get some rest.

leviosa my kids run 104 fevers all the time. They just run high fevers. It's crappy because it's always a virus they can do nothing about. I hope L feels better soon and the ER is not needed

leviosa , so sorry to hear about DS's fever. Poor guy. Nothing is scarier or more worrisome than when your baby is sick. 😔 I hope he feels better soon!
