At birth: 6lbs, 7oz and 20 inches 2 years: 30lbs and 35 inches (2'11) tall!!!
The pediatrician was so impressed with the things he does. I am not trying to brag too hard but apparently he has some 4 year old skills. Proud of my preemie!!
At birth: 7lb. 14oz. and 19" long. Almost 2: 34lbs 2oz. and 35.5" tall.
Verbal: He's a talker! Will literally sing song lyrics out of the blue, can say small sentences and says a new word basically every other day.
Math: Can count to three!
Other: He knows all his colors and can identify certain foods and animals by name.
Manners: Says "thank you" every time you hand him something and tries to open doors for you.
Temper: He has one! You just have to let him have his mini tantrum and walk away and he will cool down and turn from the Hawk into a toddler again. Haha!
Eating: Likes a variety of foods, but not a fan of veggies unless they are in a veggie pouch.
Activity: Very active. I cannot keep up! Climbing on furniture and running around like a mad man.
I can't believe they're going to be two!! J does a lot of the things others mentioned above. Knows a ton of words, can say the ABCs, points out letters, shapes, colors, many songs, can count to 10 solidly and a couple numbers in the teens haha.
He is around 28 lbs, don't think he will break 30 by 2.

G had her well check today. At birth: 8lbs 14oz 19.5 inches At 2 years: 28.8lbs I think he said 34 inches. G says quite a few things now but I am unsure if is enough. I am going to have her evaluated by EI but her dr thinks she won't qualify. He was completely supportive of me calling though.
She was 27.4 lbs and 32 1/2 inches. She could do all the skills they required of her and then some. I was a little disappointed my pediatrician hands out a flyer that says, "2-4 year olds should be in a ff carseat". They asked me twice which way she faced. I responded rear both times. After the second time I asked the pediatrician of that's ok (I knew the answer but wanted grandma who was with me to hear). Pedi says of course as long as she is till within the seats limits to rf. The whole thing just kinda threw me for a loop I guess.
We had our 2 yr check up today so I can play now!!
Birth: 9lb 8oz 21.5in long
2yr: 30lb 36in tall
She has always been in the 97th-off the charts in percentiles, but now has leveled off and is in the 87% height and 70something% for weight.
We've had her in EI for speech for the past few months and she is most definitely caught up now. Her speech has exploded and is well over 50words and has been putting 2 words together as she should be. Proud momma!! She also knows her shapes and colors, is so so so active and memorizes dance moves like it's her job.
She sleeps like a champ, is happy as can be most of the time and the tantrums have certainly subsided a bit now that she's able to communicate better.
Oh and her 2 year molars just popped through today! Tough day for her, molars AND a shot
She is chatting up a storm and is so smart! But she doesn't count, know ABCs or colors yet. She is extremely active and definitely a "physical" child. But pedi said all is looking good; especially with minimal regressing with the birth of her sister.
M was 7lb 11oz and 19.5in. She's currently 27.5lbs and 34.5in! Right around the 65th percentile. She's slimmed down and shot up some as she was 75th for weight and 50th for height for the longest time. That fits with the fact that she looks like such a true kid now!
She is teeny now compared to when she was born. And compared to other kids at least weight wise (14%). She is an average height (50%). She can count, say her ABCs, sing lots of different songs (and almost as well as her big bro) but she doesn't know her colors yet. Pedi said she is right on track for everything. Poor girl is a drama queen though...she immediately started limping when she got her shot and has been cradling her arm where she got blood taken (and refuses to let me take off the bandage saying "owie" in a pitiful voice). I just love her.
