Sorry to read about your losses. I hope things get better for you. It is good that you decided to take a break from the journey. That is always better for mental peace. However, I am glad that you didn't lose hope. Just make sure to keep tracking your ovulation dates. Use OPK! that really helps us as well. Little things that will make a huge difference include several things. Such as making sure to eat well! Eat good that is high in nutrition. Other than that drink lots of water. Do light exercise or yoga! that will give your body the energy.
