So far we laid down mulch. 20+ bags of mulch. I feel like leg day after the gym. Fixed leaking sink. Have all of the Easter decorations ready to be put in a tote. Napped with the toddler. H is about to go get groceries.
I just finished dinner and I'm sitting in the recliner while h feeds w. I've done the bathrooms, nursery, and floors (baking soda on all the carpets and then deep vacuum). I even started on a felt story that I've been trying to get the time together to do for w. I also spent hours researching siding, gutters, roofing, etc etc fucking etc and the average regional cost. Soooo tired of this house.

Just got back from a baby sprinkle. It was lots of fun. We played a game where we had to guess what flavor of baby food something was. We could smell and taste it. I got 100%. Haha.
And lol, I'm soaking my feet in a bed pan that the ped gave to dd when she threw up on the way there 2 weeks ago. It works perfectly, and now I can sit on the couch while soaking.

My mom had an old emesis basin that we'd use for foot soaks. I don't have anything the right size anymore
Does soaking beforehand help? I didn't do it last time and still peeled quite a bit. I could've peeled more though.
It helps a lot. I soak for an hour before to soften the skin. It helps the stuff penetrate deeper instead of trying to soak into dry, rough skin.
Hi everyone! We've had an eventful weekend. My BIL got married yesterday. The thunderstorms were awful and there were 3 tornadoes about 10 mi away. But it was a nice wedding overall.
We're also house shopping! We got denied for a loan based on DTI ratio but my mom had agreed to cosign (if her credit passes the app). So hopefully tomorrow we can get a pre-approval and can start making offers.
