Need to catch up. I'm drowning at work. Like I seriously have no idea how I'm going to get anything done by the deadlines. And at the same time I'm so tired I fell asleep at my desk yesterday. Still exhausted today.

joi922, no you don't have "bad driving etiquette" so to say. I mean we all pull thru to park. But when you do so, do you make sure no one is trying to park there? Because if they were would you pull thru and expect it to be your spot? I'm going with no, no you wouldn't. This lady was legit pissed that i pulled into the parking spot from the right way and didn't back out so she could pull thru. And it's not like I saw her or knew her intentions and was like, nope not going to happen. I had pulled into my spot the same time she started to pull into the spot in front of me. And she lost her cool.
My company suddenly replaced the CEO a few weeks ago and now our bosses are being asked to do an assessment of the skills and experience of their employees. Which is definitely thinly veiled language that layoffs are coming.
I don't think I'm at risk honestly, but it just means things are about to get shitty here until we are sold off.
Short work day because I have a meeting with M's case worker and speech therapist for an evaluation of where he currently is. I wrote down some ideas yesterday to discuss with them about changes to consider. Fx they're well received so that possibly therapy can start being effective.
Where did you get your list of suggestions? Can you share with me?
Ugh. I paid my electricity bill on Thursday. Apparently the company had an error with their website and my payment didn't go through. I didn't notice. And now my power is shut off. I made the payment again and called them. They said 8 hours for reconnection. Now I have to entertain 2 children with no power, including a/c and it's 85 degrees outside. And I have 2 assignments to do/turn in today. Fuck
