Another one here loving the sparkling waters. It feels like a treat and it's so satisfying (especially when super cold). We have a soda stream at home as well and I add citrus or a splash of juice.
Coming in late to this thread. I have taught classes at 24HR fitness for the last 5 or so years. I teach BodyPump 3x week- it's a full body weight lifting class that focuses on building lean muscle with light weights. I've had to really reduce my weight on the bar (per doctor's orders) and that's been totally frustrating. Also, most of my workout clothes don't fit well, so I'm limited and feeling self-conscious in front of my classes teaching with ill-fitting clothes and lifting so light.
My doctors also wouldn't let me run in the 1st trimester and my OB just gave me clearance about 4 weeks ago to do some interval running. I've missed it so much (I'm a marathoner and ran Boston last year!). Even with light running, my boobs don't like it too much.
I tried yoga, but haven't found a prenatal video I like well enough. I know I need to work on flexibility, so I'm going to try for 2-3x week.
I also don't drink enough water. I was on a sparkling water kick, but I lost my enthusiasm for it. I've been drinking caffeine free coke zero once per day and making caffeine free tea in bulk and flavoring with stevia for work. I just can't make regular water work for me, even with flavors.
My eating is ok, but I'm definitely not following a plan like I usually do. I was on the RP diet for a few weeks before I got pregnant, and I can't wait to go back to it. I keep reading about things I should eat to help baby's development, and I feel like I'm really failing at that.

fiercemo, - Ah I'm so jealous. I missed my Boston cutoff time by 1:40. My goal is to qualify in the fall of 2018. I haven't been running much lately but actually just googled a support belt thinking that might help. I miss it and walking/ellipticalling just isn't cutting it.
I got winded this morning reading to my kids. I don't know what was going on but I could barely read a sentence before I had to stop and take a deep breath.

saltandvinegar , it took me two tries and aging up to qualify! I also ran in one of the fastest BQ courses (Houston). The first time I BQ'd, I also missed cutoff, because I'll probably always be a squeaker. So the second time I got all depressed because I was in the same boat, then realized I'd age up and my time was 4+ minutes good. It was the only way, lol.
PS. Keep trying! Boston is amazing. By far the best race I've ever run. And I didn't even try to race. It was warm, and my final time was 30+ minutes for a BQ.

Gym win for me. Did the same circuit workout Monday night as I did last Tuesday night...last Tuesday I was sore for days afterwards, this time I wasn't sore at all! Hoping I can keep this up because my back/sciatic pain is mostly gone now
