I'm usually pretty good at getting my workouts in which helps immensely. I mainly do barre but mix in some running and spinning. Reading is a big thing for me as well. Nothing better than book + wine + bath!
Yeah I am kind of failing at this. Need to figure it out. This weekend I am going to a work thing but iam doing it for myself not clients and another trainer is coming with me who is a good friend. So I am hoping it will be awesome. I am looking forward to nice weather and time spent on the beach. That will probably be my big indulgence. Also I am being firm about taking my day off when not traveling.

Deep breathing. I had forgotten how important this was. Any time I remember to do it (generally on my commute to and from work) I take very deep calming breaths. Cool clean air in, hot negative air out.
I also try to work out/do yoga
And because I am TTC again, I am back to acupuncture 2-3 times a month which I LOVE
Not much over here either. I have been working on getting to bed a little earlier so I can get more sleep (6.5 - 7 hours is my goal). I need to get my workouts in and eat better.

I'm thinking about trying audio books. I get easily distracted these days when I'm reading and I wonder if an audio book would help me shut the world out a little better. Plus, than I could color while I do it in my snarky coloring book.

I need to start this. Now that H is done with school for the summer I'm hoping I can get back to bi-weekly massages, maybe some pedicures and I really need a haircut!
