dashook I totally have bedtime anxiety. Is there anyone else who can come even 1-2 nights a week (like a Monday and Thursday) and give a hand with H while you take care of D ? Looking forward to those couple nights relief might help.
That's not a bad idea. Maybe my MIL could help now and then.
I'm so tired. So very tired. But I appreciate the comments from y'all earlier.
sophiegrace I'm ready for a vacation, too. Just gotta wait a month and then we'll be in CO.
kleigh I hope you ate all of that cake. I am a firm believer in eat all the dessert right away. It's the same number of calories, right?
I'm sorry waitwhat. What is up with these babies? Hope J stays asleep the rest of the night.
Re sex: I'm not so much wanting it as I am wanting dh to ask me more. We're both so tired all the time that once the girls are asleep, we sleep. Sleep is always better for both of us. But...I'd like to know he would want to if we weren't so tired and he didn't know that I'd say no.
No to beer. Yes to wine. Tomorrow. I'm way too tired for wine tonight. But...I might get a tiny treat before I pass out.
I'm realizing I might have a postpartum umbilical hernia, anyone have insight ?
I've wondered if I have one, too. My belly button is so weird. But, I don't feel anything weird in there and my dr pushed around on my stomach at my 6 week follow up. So...I'm not sure. Just saying you're not alone in wondering.

Not postpartum, but I have one from a weightlifting screw up about 2.5 years ago. *shudder* I can make it pop in and out with pressure from my hand when my abs get tired. I was super proactive in keeping it protected while any strain was put on my abs and avoided direct core work while working out and it was almost completely healed and then I messed it back up a few weeks ago. Its pretty annoying because it grosses me out to feel it, but I'm too much of a wuss to get it fixed.

I feel like it's getting worse the more I get back to my pre baby body. Maybe it's just more obvious, I made the mistake of feeling it earlier and was totally grossed out. For the past six months I just assume that my prior belly button (a very inset inny) was gone and this was my new one but hard to describe but it feels like something is coming through there and you can push it in and out. Was yours painful? Mine isn't so much painful as it is gross to look at or touch.

It was sore during pregnancy, but any other time it's just gross. Gives me the horks. That's exactly how I can describe mine too.
