I've tried other series but couldn't get into them. Enterprise clicked with me immediatly
My mom loves Enterprise (though her favorite will always be the original). DH's favorite is Next Generation, followed by Deep Space Nine, then Voyager. My UO is I only watch with DH when I have trouble sleeping.
Extravagant Prom proposals are so dumb to me. Whatever happened to just asking someone? Why the big event? And some girl's are expecting or demanding them and that's rude to me.
Idiot parkers. We don't have stalls/lines at work, but the first person parks at the "first" spot and then everyone just follows suit down the line. Except for one stupid coworker that parks 3/4 of the way down the line. Which then leaves 3/4 of a spot open.
And brought to you by my SD, getting upset because people help you and do part of your laundry. I think she started a load last night for her track meet today. Well my H was being helpful and put it in the dryer and all I heard this morning was how upset she was because now her pants are too short. She's terrible about laundry so I'm sure H was just trying to be nice. Do your own shit then kid! You should see her room, it seriously looks like a laundromat vomited all over her floor. I have no idea how she keeps track of what's clean and not. And she doesn't do laundry every week, so she's clearly wearing dirty clothes.
And I've never seen most of these shows/movies you mentioned. Except Star Wars, H got me into those and I really like them. It was actually me that noticed in the Rogue One where it was actually placed in the timeline. H had no clue and he's a bigger fan than me.
I actually liked Attack of the Clones and Phantom Menace. Have seen multiple times.
I've seen them all multiple times, but they just aren't anywhere near the level of the other movies.
This is true on many levels. Theatricality, effects, plot, actors, characters... I really feel like Natalie Portman was awful in that role. I liked adult Annakin though- I thought his struggle to Vader was spot on. Kylo Ren in the new movies is far superior. Scary dude! I could not believe he was the same Adam from Girls...

Fffc I might have already said this one... but I am a big Star Wars fan. I never watch movie previews because it spoils it but I knew a new Star Wars "rogue one" movie was coming out so I wanted to go see it. 45 minutes into the movie- I'm whispering to H "that's not the same girl from The Force Awakens?" H is just confused. I see Vaders mask where he is dead and I'm like "wtf?" I get through the whole movie and I'm like-this was not the second movie in the series? H is like- no this is a totally separate film- the Death Star is in it so it has to be before all of that... I had no clue. So confused.

SAME!! I got 2/3 of the way through before figuring out this was not after Force Awakens. And the H got made at me for saying it made no sense then becuase it was episode 3.5. It was still a great movie

I'm going to need to rewatch the whole thing without thinking in the back of my mind "what is going on right now?" LOL
Also, wtf is up with the dresses these girls are wearing? They are FAR too sexy for a high school girl to be wearing.
I don't care for the current trends, but I'm sure our parents felt the same way when we went to prom.
Yeah I had a two piece belly showing dress for my boyfriends prom. I didn't wind up going but it was not a whole lot of fabric and the slit was pretty high.
I do not, however, understand the short dresses to prom... like it's one of maybe 3 times you'll get to wear a long evening gown and you're going to choose a short dress? Wear that to homecoming...
becole, emmagk I went into it thinking it was the movie after Force Awakens. So for awhile we were both confused. I think that was common for a lot of people though.
