1. I've done nothing but overall not a terrible week. I weighed in the 150's which is a 4.5yr low which I'm proud of.
2. Plan is to use all the food in my house and make it into as healthy meals as possible. I'm going to set up the treadmill st my parents and choose a Netflix show. My plan is to walk while I watch it nightly.
3. I did the Advocare 24 day challenge. It worked well for me and I lost a few lbs.
1. Win - I got to my goal for my DietBet. Fail - I gained one pound from too much sugar. I've also found some 4 minute workouts I'm doing every night.
2. No sugar this week and up the workouts.
3. We tried Atkins, it didn't work out well for us. I guess we technically are doing one now with paleo, although I'm not strict with it this time. Paleo works for us.
1. Work is crazy. Crazy. At this rate if weekday workouts are going to be a thing until summer. Ate all the junk last week.
2. I managed to prep all my breakfasts, lunches, and snacks for the week yesterday. Which is good but does not prevent me from going and digging in my car for change after school at 3:30 in the afternoon when I HAVE to have chocolate. Trying to stay mostly on track with eating though and need to get in a couple runs at some point.
3. Yeaaahhh....I've done it, mostly over the past year. Weight watchers, dietbet, stepbet, bikini body mommy, Zumba, personal training, race training, paleo, keto....
I teeter being accepting that I'm just going to be 25 lbs overweight in this stage of my life and being okay with it for now, being temporarily optimistic when I think I've got it figured out, or occasionally having a pity party and hating that I can't get my shit together.

1. Didn't really work out, diet was ok, but still maintaining weight so I'll call that draw.
2. Trying to workout more and keep my carb intake low.
3. I've probably done them all. There was one diet I think it was the magic soup diet and certain days you could have that and some other type of item. Like day 1 was the soup and veggies, day 2 was soup and fruit. I think day 5 was soup and milk and bananas. Well I don't do well drinking milk I can eat cheese but milk upsets my stomach. I threw up that day and gave up doing that diet.
I haven't been checking in because I feel like a failure. I'm going to my trainer 2x/week and I'm feeling strong and I know I'm gaining muscle, but I can't lose any weight/fat. I know muscle weighs more than fat, but he actually did my measurements and they have all stayed the same or gone up (?!), so I don't even know what's happening.
MH thinks I should quit the trainer because he's so $$, and it's not like I'm having results worth all that money. I don't really know what to do. I'm so tired of being overweight and I just want to cry all the time.

I have started to reply to this like 8 times and gotten distracted.

Hugs to you, yl . It's frustrating to do the work and not get the results.
Have you had your thyroid levels checked recently? Some of the things you've described over the last few weeks could be a side-effect of parenting, but it could also be hypothyroidism. Exhaustion, inability to lose weight, or weight gain, mood changes, etc.
I had them checked several years ago, but not recently. Maybe I'll do that again. Both my mom and my grandma have issues with their thyroid, and I was actually surprised when I got tested and all my numbers came back normal.

Have them also check for Hashimotos. There are 2 thyroid antibodies to check. Your tsh, t3 and t4 could be in range, but thyroid antibodies are present. This means your body is attacking your thyroid and all symptoms present of hypothyroid while labs showing you aren't. I have Hashimotos. It took years for me to be diagnosed.
