How much do you and your SO eat at kids' parties? We're going to Chuck E Cheese, so it's not fine cuisine. The kids' food is taken care of, but what should I order for 10 adults? It's happening right at lunch time, but I don't want to overdo it. I tend to overdo it, so someone set me straight.
Usually the parties I go to are at-home, and there is an abundance of food, so it's kind of a free for all for us grown ups at those. However, at Check E Cheese I would definitely start with just like 2 pieces and not have anymore unless I saw you had ordered too much.
I voted SS. I don't eat pizza. And apparently salad bar is not included. So fuck chucky cheese.
There's a veggie plate I was leaning towards, though.
Yes, we did veggie and fruit. Both were about half gone. I'd do 2 pieces per person. The kids are usually distracted at parties and there will be some parents that eat and some that done.
Can you opt for cupcakes? That went over a lot better for us then cutting cake.

I sorta eat like it's going out of style these days so... yeah bring on the food. However 2-3 pieces seems normal to me. Veggie tray or salad bar would be a hit with 1 piece of pizza
Late to this party (har har), but can you please LMK how much you ordered/eaten? I'm 99% sure L's party will be at Chuck E Cheese too. My one thought was I have family members who will bring home leftover pizza even if it's been sitting out so none would go to waste.
