So let's say you have 26 guests coming to your child's birthday party. 9 are children and 17 are adults. How many pizzas would you order if the pizzas had 8 slices each?

lgsdesigner I am a terrible with having too much food always but I would have to know A) how old the kids were B) are you having other foods. With my over ordering on food, knowing that the kids were toddler ish age and you had chips and other such snacks out, I would assume two slices per person no matter if child or adult. That way if some kids eat only 1 and some adults eat 3, you still have enough.

So last night at 4am I got puked on for the first time in my 5 years of motherhood. Like real puke, all down my chest, splashing on my face. It was awesome. My supermom adrenaline somehow kept me from vomiting back onto my sick child.
Today I am home with the sick little puker. He has kept down a banana and part of my breakfast too. So I am hoping we are on the mend. He is quietly watching Minions for the 1394203948209384th time this week.
My oldest graduated from pre-k last night. Enjoy a few AW pics:

lgsdesigner my first thought is that i'd be ordering a couple (4-5?) of party size pizzas instead! (assuming that is an option) For the 8-slice pies, depending on the size of the slices I guess I'd assume 2-3 per adult and 1-2 per child, and that is....a lot of pizzas.

Thank you! They are fairly large slices, but only an 8 slice option is available. I think I will order 6. If people are still hungry, there will be cupcakes!
I'm at work today but definitely leaving early so I can go home and pack while M is at the sitter's. I'd leave soon but someone wants to do a lunch for all the May birthdays so I figured I'd go to that, then leave.

We are heading home from the zoo. My cousin, his daughter, my sister and bil are coming over for dinner. I have fiesta chicken in the crock pot. I just have to heat up some tortillas.
Hi, daycare day again, yay! At least I don't need to worry about ds stripping everything off including diaper. We've been trying potty training but mostly failing. In so many ways he's ready but as he doesn't talk much yet he can't tell me when he has to go. I've left him in his footed pj's the last couple of days but yesterday he figured out how to get them off too so now there is nothing I can put him in to keep diapers on. It's coming in to winter now too so it's getting too cold for him to be naked.

I know she hasn't been around in a long time but I can't help but wonder what saltyh2O (someone fix my tag if it's wrong!) is thinking about this WH debacle.
